“I came from London, and everything was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the hotel was very cozy”
+I came from London, and everything was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the hotel was very cozy, clean, and tidy in every respect. The breakfast was also fantastic. I must emphasize again that the staff were exceptional; if I travel to Van again, I will definitely book this same hotel.

+The staff were very friendly. Valet parking was extremely helpful. Location was very nice, about 15 minute walk to the main street, lots of restaurants closer by. The rooms have a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice.
−The bathroom flooded during general use and it was clearly visible that there had been a leakage from the floor above. The airconditioning did not cool down the room that much in the day, but made it too cool in the night. Sound isolation could be better, both inside (we could hear neighbours) as outside (we got woken up by the sound of the mosque nearby).

“Beklentimin üzerinde bir konaklama oldu. Çalışanlar ve hizmet çok iyiydi.”
+Konum ve hizmet çok iyi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardıma hazır.
−3 kişilik rezervasyonumuza 1 adet giriş kartı verildi. Oda giriş kartı sayısı dışında herşey güzel.
