+Отличный вариант для семейного отдыха. Очень доброжелательная и отзывчивая хозяйка, всегда готовая помочь. Удобное расположение, а в самих апартаментах всё хорошо продумано для комфортного проживания. Особенно нам понравилась просторная площадь - в Анталии номера и апартаменты часто довольно компактные, поэтому здесь было особенно приятно находиться.

+The best option you can find in Antalya! Excellent location on a quiet street, yet very close to Atatürk Boulevard with all its shops and amenities. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach. Inside the apartment, there is a comfy bed and a really convenient kitchen where everything is cleverly designed. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a 2-week stay, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable.This was my fourth time in Antalya, and absolutely the best one. Didem is a very charming, pretty, decent, and interesting woman. She also has an amazing big white dog and a super cool, anti-stress cat living there. Didem, thank you! You are the best host I have ever met.

+Находится в спокойном месте напротив мечети. Рядом есть все необходимые магазины, кафе, аптеки, банкоматы, рядом с пляжем ( пешком 7 -10 минут, на такси 2 -3 минуты )
−Можно добавить моющее средство для посудомоечной и порошок для стиральной машины. Одеяло вафельное без наволочки, но просьбе собственник предоставил наволочку Матрац небного жестковат. Собственник сказал что передаст информацию поставщику матрасов. Матрасы новые.

+Really new, clean, and light apartment with friendly staff.
−Was not allowed bring anyone inside even for 30 minutes. Our friends should stay outside in hot weather and wait for us.

+Didem, the host was extremely helpful and amazing. Our check in took a few minutes which we were grateful for after arriving from Pamukalle a four hour trip. She went the extra mile to supply us with a microwave( which Antalya apartments do not supply) and a toaster a day after our request. She also organized a metered taxi to Antalya airport at 12:30 am the morning which costs us 675lira. The apartment is new with fully fitted kitchen with new utensils, gas stove, washing machine, huge fridge, dishwasher and many more. The pillows, towels, matress and bedding was of amazing quality. The cherry on top was the speed of the wifi, absolutely fantastic. The supermarkets and restaurants were a minute walk from the apartment. The mosque is opposite the apartment and we loved hearing the athan. The beach was a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment, it felt like a home away from home. She has the most delightful parents who was extremely friendly. We would definitely return to Rose Residence when we visit Antalya again.

“Great Stay for 2 week vacay.”
+The apartment is brand new, clean. Very well taken care of which is a very important factor to me. I have OCD so hygiene is 100/100. Location is great, 10min walk and you are at the beach(I make couple of stops as I like to pet cats)so depends really can be way less. Super safe community with CCTV cameras at all angles. Indoor and outdoors. Smart TV. Another thing I want to add is that the host she is so lovely and helpful. As well I must mention her mum and dad are such nice open hearted people with a great hospitality to their guests. And I cant miss to mention that they have the most sweetest dog ever Yuki, a cat Yin and turtles. Will definitely stay there again! We loved it! ❤️🥰
