+Las vistas
−Cama y almoadas incomodas, mucho ruido, no tienen cortinas opacas, todas las luces blancas como si fuera un hospital.

“Vistas muy bonitas”
+Las vistas de la habitación eran muy buenas , consta con aparcamiento. La habitación era grande . Hay animales en el entorno y el perro siempre venía a saludarnos .
−Solo había baños en la parte de abajo y no vinieron a limpiar en todo el fin de semana . Las camas son muy incomodas y almohadas muy duras y grandes . Está en medio del campo y estaba lleno de bichos

+La libertad, últimamente lo digo mucho😂, de hacer los check in/out con las cajitas con código. Aunque el contacto es por msg son todos super amables y se ofrecen a ayudar. La habitación tenía cuarto de baño incluido. Tipo albergue. Cada habitación con su estante en la nevera y armarito para guardar los víveres. La tranquilidad de la zona. Y muy cerca de Punta Delgada. Estuve sin coche y no tuve problema en gestionar un taxi hacia el aeropuerto. Unos 13'
−Quizás falta pintar la finca y retomar el proyecto. Es muy chula la idea e iniciativa de acercar la Naturaleza y la agricultura y ganaderia a los niños. Por decir alguna cosa. Nosotros bajamos a los Poços andando, luego llegar al mar, aún sin coche no fue problema para nosotros😂 Eso sí, subimos en taxi. En central de taxi de Capelas. Por la zona hay restaurantes-café que sirven menús tipo buffet. Quiero decir que no necesariamente hemos de estar en Punta Delgada, es muy recomendable perderse por otras zonas.

“Great location to the whole island.”
+The view and the location are unbeatable! From the airport, it's only a 10min drive and it's a super value place in natural surroundings. Peaceful, perfect location nestled in the middle of the Capelas village. The supermarket Continente is not very far below.
−Some aspects could be improved but nothing major. It is a "Quinta" i.e. a farm after all. No meal option I believe despite pictures of fruits and vegetables.

+Posizione buona, 12 minuti in auto da ponta delgada, con supermercato e un paio di ristoranti a 5 minuti in auto. Struttura tranquilla e silenziosa, cucina con il necessario (forse mancava un coltello serio)
−Cattivo odore in camera e di asciugamani e lenzuola ( struttura in generale molto umida) ma probabilmente dipende anche dal fatto che piove molto spesso...

−Відсутність сіток на вікнах ( неможливо спати через комарів, а провітрювати треба, бо дуже волого), погано замикаються ключі в дверях, не дуже зручно добиратися якщо без машини

“Finger weg”
+So leid es uns tut, es war die mit Abstand schlechteste Unterkunft auf vier Inseln innerhalb von 3 Wochen.
−Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im kompletten Haus riecht es modrig, Schimmelbefall an unzähligen Stellen. Um den Geruch zu übertünchen, stehen überall Duftflakons, welche die Atemwege reizen. Beim Öffnen der Küchenschränke vergeht der Appetit. Alles ist feucht. Im Zimmer selbst ist kein Schrank oder Regal vorhanden um Bekleidung zu lagern. Lediglich 3 Bügel lagen auf dem Tisch, aufhängen konnte man sie allerdings nirgends. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit, sich im Außengelände hinzusetzen, keine Bank, kein Stuhl. Der beschriebene Garten war nicht vorhanden. Das Gelände wirkt insgesamt ungepflegt. Personal ist uns bis auf die portugiesisch sprechende Reinigungskraft nicht begegnet. Diese leert die Müllbehälter in der Küche und reinigt die Zimmer der abgereisten Gäste. Leider entsprach die Beschreibung bei Booking nicht der Realität.

+We were a group of 8 people, so we had the whole building to ourselves and that suited us. We can't imagine sharing the kitchen and dining room with someone else, for example, when there aren't that many seats in the dining room. The size of the building and its location suited us. There are enough toilets and bathrooms. There is a nice view of the sea and the coast. We also liked the local dog, who always welcomed us and our children enjoyed playing with him.
−What I would definitely improve is the storage space. The rooms are big enough, but there is not a single closet or shelf to store clothes. That is a real shame and it would not cost a lot of money. So we had to keep our clothes on the floor and in suitcases.
