“Great location, spacious room, city views.”
+Great location and helpful concierge
−Had to chase hand towels, there was confusion with that and how to get them to make up the room. It was all done once I spoke to the concierge.

“The Putman is is a sensational hotel”
+We went to one96 and it was not anything like as described. It was suppose to be 75sqm but far less and quite small (I think they included stairwell and lift area for the building). We obviously complained to the manager and he did the right thing and moved us to the Putman which had far larger rooms I will do my review on the putman which was amazing!
−Nothing - it was a beautiful apartment and a great option around Hong Kong - would totally stay there again. The facilities were clean and and well kept.

“Perfect location & great staff!”
+Room 36 - the view! The hotel - the location, super central & the staff were great.
−The blinds are on a switch setup - it’s not super clear how to use. They broke 3 x during our stay (either wouldn’t pull up, or when coming down, came off the track and over ran and were out of sync with the other blind) We noticed there was a pull out sofa but when we went to use it, it exposed the underneath of the sofa, the floor was really dirty, with trash and dust. There was a door in the bathroom that was locked, it seemed like it went to another room / not a closet. As if it was an interconnecting room but there is only 1 room per floor. It just felt abit creepy as there was always a light on and it shone through into the bathroom during the night, created abit of unease of not knowing what the door was for, where it went to and if there was some access to our room.

“Excellent service and comfortable, well maintained hotel with kind and friendly staff.”
+The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. They were consistently available, responsive and kind. The layout of the rooms is sensible and makes best use of space. The decor is is smart, neutral, and does not get in the way. It may seem a small point, but the big oval marble table was a real plus. Very useful for multiple purposes, easy to wipe clean. I will definitely book again for my best Hong Kong trip.
−Nothing to complain, all was fine.
