+I’ve been staying at MENE SUITES for years, and it’s always a pleasure to come back! As always, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good-quality bedding and all appliances working perfectly. The Wi-Fi was also fast and reliable. One of the biggest advantages for me is the location. Being on the outskirts of Antalya makes it easy to get in and out of the city, especially with quick access to the D400 highway. The underground parking is a huge plus and something you don’t often find in apartment-style hotels. There are also plenty of local supermarket chains nearby, which makes everyday shopping really convenient. Overall, MENE SUITES continues to be a great place to stay. I really appreciate the consistent quality and friendly service, and I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

+Все время в Анталии останавливаемся здесь. В Mene Suites все хорошо, но все потихоньку приходит в упадок, ждем ремонт и надеемся, что это не приведет к росту цен)

“We had a 10 night comfortable stay at Mene suites with my children who love Mene suites”
+Loved everything. I’ve been staying at this property ever since 2020 and I will always come back here. The apartments are spacious and clean with all essentials you need on a daily basis. The swimming pool is clean. Safe secure underground parking. Friendly staff especially KAYHAN he was there whenever I needed l Gave me everything I requested for. Thank you KAYHAN. Hopefully see you soon again.

“Worst experience, I have stayed.”
+The outdoor pool was sufficient and we used it.
−I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel and believe that the services and facilities advertised do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. The hotel’s facilities and the quality of the decoration were among the worst I have experienced. The cleanliness was also well below an acceptable standard. I have taken photographs documenting the condition of the hotel and its facilities, which I can provide as evidence and which clearly demonstrate the issues described in this complaint. One of the rooms we were given did not have air conditioning installed. When I raised this issue with the manager/reception staff, I was told that the hotel’s smaller rooms do not have air conditioning at all. This was extremely concerning, particularly as this was not made clear to me when I made the booking and was meant for our children to sleep. I have video and I can share as evidence. As this was my first visit to Turkey, I initially decided not to make a formal complaint at the time because it was late at night and I was travelling with my two children. I was concerned that making a complaint could result in us being asked to leave the hotel in the middle of t

+L’établissement en lui même est plutôt bien situé avec un personnel agréable et serviable . La piscine était qd même bien même si il n’y avait pas trop d’ambiance.
−Malheureusement au sein de l’appartement il manquait cruellement de confort au niveau du canapé et surtout au niveau literie les matelas étaient trop dur et le lit parental trop petit . 140 x 160cm. De plus il n’y avait pas de serviette de rechange dans l’appartement . Il faut en prendre avec soi surtout si vous voulez vous lavez après la piscine ou la plage. Au niveau de la vaisselle pas assez de casseroles et la poêle qui collent qd on cuisine . Bon elle a été changé qd même. J’ai du acheter des verres et des casseroles pour faire à manger . Au niveau de l’ambiance de la piscine il y en certain qui habitent la et qui ne supportent pas la musique au bord de la piscine. Certains ont appelé la police car des personnes en vacances avaient mis de la musique au bord de la piscine ce qui est ridicule . Dernier point la télé ne fonctionnait pas . Une seule chaîne voir 2 .
