“Beautiful, special location and generally; a very hospitable and capable staff.”
+We had a lovely stay and would like to thank the staff for their kindness and hospitality. A special mention goes to the team for the way they assisted my sister-in-law, who uses a wheelchair. Everyone was attentive, considerate, and genuinely helpful, which made a real difference to our experience. We also had a fantastic dinner upon arrival and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property.
−The only point I would like to raise concerns a billing issue. I had a fresh orange juice on arrival and paid for it immediately, yet the following morning the charge appeared on my bill as unpaid. When I contacted the staff by email to explain that I had already paid, I had hoped for a more trusting response, and a ‘’sorry to burden you with this…we’ll fix this’’ response. What disappointed me was not the €5.50 itself, but the feeling of not being trusted. Given our overall spending during our stay, it seemed unlikely that I would dispute such a small charge dishonestly. We were staying at the castle to celebrate a special occasion, so it was a pity that this minor issue left a less positive impression. I recognise that my frustration showed in my communication, and for that I apologise. That said, this was a small issue in what was otherwise a wonderful and memorable stay. Thank you again to the entire team for their care and hospitality.

“Voor herhaling vatbaar!”
+Wat een prachtige omgeving. Zo van genoten! Kamer was iets ouderwets qua stijl, maar prima in orde. Kasteel is ook erg mooi en heeft een fijne sfeer.
