−No air conditioning or window net for mosquitoes. Difficult to sleep well in Summer.

“Very disappointing stay…We left after one night because of extreme morning noise, cigarette smoke, and an uncomfortable”
−We booked this property for two nights but left after just one night because the stay was genuinely unacceptable. When we arrived, there was an extremely strong cigarette-smoke smell in the bedroom. The host later claimed the smell was caused by nearby wildfires, which was simply not credible. There was no smoke smell anywhere else in the building or in the surrounding area, including cafés, restaurants, and outside. The smell was clearly cigarette smoke and was concentrated specifically in the bedroom. The morning was even worse. From around 7 am, we were subjected to hours of extremely loud screaming and stomping from children, to the point that sleeping was completely impossible even with the windows closed. When we contacted the host, we were told they were the neighbours’ children and that the children were “always welcome.” That may be so, but guests should certainly be warned if there is a serious and ongoing noise issue, especially one that starts so early and continues for hours. Nothing was done to resolve the situation. On top of this, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the bedroom door was see-through, which also made the room feel lacking in privacy
