+When you first walk in after you go through the metal detectors of the hotel. The hotel smells old and mildew. Its really dusty the floors where filthy the paint was chipping . The infrastructure of the inside of the hotel is corroding. In my room the paint was chipping and it smelled like mildew. The sheets and towels where dirty and sng grosse the bed was hard like a brick . I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies.

+the staff was very accomodating. the view to the pyramids amazing. only issue was air conditioning, and we had to plan to leave in order for it to get addressed. The best part of the hotel?? THE SAVA SPA. Randa and her co worker were top notch in their services, and since i booked a bridal package i had a lot of services. would definitely stay there again!

+First off, I have never seen kinder, more accommodating staff. The people could not have been nicer. However- this property is not ready for American tourists. We had to switch rooms multiple times because the sheets and towels were not changed in many of them. They are ALL smoking rooms, and it is VERY noisy. Wifi never worked while we were there. Told to run water 7-8 minutes for hot. I ran mine 30 minutes (feeling horrible) and it never got hot- which is important if you've been out in the sand all day. Breakfast was NOT edible (also no coffee) but there is a good restaurant just outside hotel (opens at 9am, so not before your tours). The carpeting throughout is terribly dirty and sandy. Booked pyramid views but only 1 of our 3 rooms had view. To get to the elevator you pass multiple shops in lobby and you are hounded to enter them every time you go by. Again- super nice people, but hotel should be a refuge from that, not extension. It's a unique property that will give you a more Egyptian experience than you may be ready for. It takes a while to adjust, but once you do the beds are actually pretty comfortable, and the staff is amazingly warm and helpful.
