+It was very beautiful inside!!
−Why do you pay for parking? The room should cover it. That was crazy.

“NEVER AGAIN”
+I like the staff, cleanliness of the hotel & room
−Here's EVERYTHING I DIDN'T LIKE!! 1. You have to pay $15 per day for parking 2. Breakfast was an additional $25 per person for a buffet style breakfast 3. When me & my family arrived back to the room Sunday night, my room door was unlocked & wide open. My 1st thought was "maybe house keeping came in & didn't shut the door all the way." However, nothing was done in the room. Meaning, the beds weren't made, we had no towels or anything. I'm happy we took all of our personal belongings because why would my door be open & nothing clean. When I addressed this issue to the front desk she was nice about it & escalated the issue to the manager (whom I never spoke with). A few moments later I get a knock at my door & she gives me towels & sheets. As if I'm suppose to make up the beds. I didn't like my experience here but Bar Louie's & the front desk staff were really nice.

“I would definitely stay there again when I travel that way for work!”
+The hotel was beautiful and clean as a whole. I loved my room! The room was great for the price I paid to stay. I felt comfortable.
−There was hair on the sheets, not much, but it made me wonder about the cleaning procedure a bit.

“Beautiful hotel, not happy with the buffet voucher and $15.00 parking.”
+The location is excellent, very nicely decorated and clean. The amenities were great.
−When checking in we were given “vouchers” that stated BREAKFAST VOUCHER This $26 voucher entitles you to one breakfast buffet or one entree from the breakfast menu if buffet is not available. Present this coupon upon ordering. Breakfast still cost us $26 per person, the buffet was pretty standard…nothing special. Very confusing! Parking is $15.00 per night, it wasn’t very crowded. Not sure why they’re charging for it.

“10 out of 10 for my stay”
+Had an absolute 10/10 stay at the Chicago Marriott Northwest! 🏨✨ Huge shoutout to the management and team for setting such a high bar for hospitality. From refueling with morning Starbucks ☕ to unwinding with great drinks and food at Bar Louie 🍸, every detail was on point. Exceptional service makes all the difference!

“Excellent staff and renovated property”
+I have been at this Marriott for the last four years staying between eight to 10 nights a month. Yes, it was recently renovated and the location is excellent but it’s the staff that keeps me coming back. At the front desk, Cherry and Mackenzie are just phenomenal. Marilu is awesome in the M lounge. You won’t be disappointed!
