+The staff were excellent. Very helpful despite the language barrier, and always aiming to please. I arrived early from my flight and they still let me check in right away. Also, location-wise, there were lots of eating places and convenience stores around. And I appreciated the free minibar drinks!
−There were people yelling and talking in loud voices and a child crying outside (or in the next room; it was hard to tell) late at night.

+Breakfast cost extra, but was a nice spread of chinese and western. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central, between two big metro hubs. Lots of restaurants and services in the area.
−Front desk staff communicated by translating into english on an app, even though i talked to them in chinese. Although I liked the area the hotel was located in, it was just in between two metro stations, with not so accessible paths to and from the hotel. Walking to the station everyday was fine, but a hassle to get to with rolling luggage. If you have a big bag, I'd look into getting a cab from the metro station.
