+Fantastic service and staff incredibly welcoming and friendly. Beautiful grounds but room was very cold and dim. Heating not working properly, not very warm. Although staff did check it, it wasn’t very warm and a draft coming through. Lighting in the room wasn’t working and then fixed but very dim.

+Absolutely amazing apart from the banging kitchen door under our bedroom when they started preparing breakfast at 7am.

+Great, if somewhat curtailed stay - due to social distancing measures in relation to the Coronavirus pandemic. Staff incredibly helpful and didn’t charge for our cancelled activities. We’ll be back.

+Excellent service and an exquisite estate. Perfect getaway from London. Family friendly. However, mattress and bedding were not as comfortable as I hoped. Room can be small in comparison to hotels in the league of Four Seasons. But, will definitely return.
