“Motel agradable familiar”
+Se nota que es un negocio familiar y no otra cadena de moteles más, fueron muy amables y simpáticos con nosotros, por eso le ponemos el 10.
−Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas.

“Don’t stay here!! This place should be charging more like 50.00 vs even 70/night”
+The front desk staff was very welcoming.
−It is very run down with part of the door wood laminate peeling off and paint peeling off. There was no usb or type c plug ins and there was only 1 outlet bed the bed and only 2 in the room although that was not being used. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding was in horrible condition with the comforter even having what appeared to be a burn in it. The room had a horrible smell to it. The tv was even tiny and high up making it hard to watch.

“Don't Walk...Run”
+Not much. The check in staff was accommodating. We arrived mid after noon and the rooms weren't ready but we got our keys so when we returned late we were all ready.
−This place is a disaster. One room had a backed up toilet when we arrived. One room stunk of cigarettes and cleaning agents so strong you couldn't stay in the room. The sink was full of hair and other garbage. The tub/shower was filthy. The TV was not even plugged in.

“YUCK!!! DISGUSTING!!”
+The location
−The air did not work Dirty!! Black mold on shower curtain Black hair everywhere Dirty floors No amenities Never recleaned my room I believe people are living in this motel. Very run down. I don’t think they should be renting rooms. I left a day early as I could not take it any longer.

“Do not stay here or book with booking.com”
+Nothing.
−Room and bathroom were both filthy. I did not stay there. I couldn't because it was so nasty. Room looked NOTHING like the photos for the listing. I have a bald head and a short beard. Why was I stepping on long hair? There was a prostitute walking around the property. Front desk clerk can't do anything without her husband's approval. He is never there.I sent booking.com photos of why I couldn't stay there and was not given a refund. I am extremely disappointed in not only the property but with booking.com as well. I feel like I got scammed. My situation was not handled correctly AT ALL. I want my money back. I had to find lodging elsewhere.
