“Idéalement situé, cet appartement est le lieu parfait pour qui veut découvrir la capitale.”
+Appartement simple et efficace. Il y a le nécessaire pour un séjour pro ou perso. Très bien situé, assez calme et bien entretenu. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.
−Prévoir peut-être une poubelle dans la cuisine. La période de la climatisation est terminée. Il serait préférable de démonter le système existant pour pouvoir fermer la fenêtre intégralement sous peu. Les nuits commencent à être fraîches.

+The apartment was in an amazing location! The room was very cute & welcoming. They had an AC unit which was essential for the heat.
−On the fourth floor of an apartment so you have to walk up a lot of stairs. Also the address provided did not include the apartment number so we had no idea where to go or how to get in until we called the property owner.

+La posizione ed il quartiere perfetti. Piena di locali, si mangia volendo diverse sere bene spostandosi a piedi. supermercato vicino. Due fermate di metro diverse in zona. L’assistenza del personale, presenti cordiali e disponibili. La stanza ha tutto il necessario ed è ben curata. Clima ok. Nessun rumore con le finestre chiuse anche di sera. Appartamento accogliente, tutto ok. Con la metro raggiungi tutto. A piedi sei attaccato al Pantheon e alla casa di Emily in Paris (neanche 200 mt). Comodissimo raggiungere a piedi giardini di Luxemburg e anche volendo la a Senna in centro.

“Comfortable and cozy”
+We arrived on a super hot weekend in Paris the host of The apartment had kindly installed an air-conditioning unit and made the room super comfortable for us. The shower was brilliant and the bed was very comfortable two things that I am fairly picky about. The location is absolutely superb about a one minute walk away from all the vibrant restaurants and bars yet it is tucked away so there was no noise at night and we got a peaceful night sleep. The host was additionally very transparent and good with communication. If we ever returned to Paris, which I’m sure we will in the next couple of years, we will definitely stay here again.
−The only thing I would say is the apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a building. We had two big suitcases weighing about 30 kg each so if you are carrying heavy luggage bear in mind there is no elevator.

−La nostra esperienza è stata estremamente negativa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la cassetta delle chiavi aperta, in modo diverso da quanto indicato nelle istruzioni ricevute. Successivamente abbiamo riscontrato che la serratura della camera da letto era stata manomessa, circostanza che ha generato serie preoccupazioni riguardo alla sicurezza dell’appartamento. Inoltre, le condizioni igieniche della struttura erano molto al di sotto delle aspettative: erano presenti polvere, sporco e una generale mancanza di pulizia. A causa delle problematiche legate alla sicurezza e alle condizioni dell’alloggio, non ci siamo sentiti tranquilli nel proseguire il soggiorno e abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’appartamento con due giorni di anticipo rispetto alla data prevista di check-out. Abbiamo immediatamente segnalato la situazione all’assistenza clienti di Booking.

“Simple, efficace et bien placé”
+L'emplacement est super , rue calme et proche des transports en commun. Parking, restaurants, boulangeries également proche. Studio simple et efficace, une clim a été mise a disposition dans la chambre et c'était super agréable
−La salle de bain mériterait un gros nettoyage.
