+Zu allererst muss man hervorheben, dass Habiba eine extrem zuvorkommende, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin war. Das Haus liegt in einer Gated Community, was wirklich gut ist, weil man sich sehr sicher fühlt. Der Standort des Riads auf Google ist falsch! Hier beim suchen unbedingt auf die Adresse bei Booking o.ä. achten. Das Riad hat mehrere Zimmer und eine schöne Terrasse. Der Flur und allgemein das Riad ist sehr schön gestaltet.
−Nun leider zum negativen: Wir hatten das Dachzimmer, welches an sich schön wäre aufgrund der Lage und da es ein privates Bad hat (die anderen Zimmer teilen sich eins). Jedoch ist das Zimmer mehr als nur Renovationsbedürftig. In diesem Zustand kann man unserer Meinung nach ein Zimmer nicht vermieten. Schon nach kurzer Zeit im Zimmer fiel ein unguter Geruch auf, welchen wir zuerst auf nicht gelüftet geschoben haben. Als er durchs Lüften nicht weg ging sind wir auf die Suche gegangen und haben leider einige Entdeckungen gemacht. Über dem Bett befand sich ein Bild und Vorhänge, beides hat stark muffig gerochen. Als wir genauer hingesehen haben, fiel uns auf das die Wand hinter den Vorgängen stark verschimmelt war. Ebenso kam an vielen Stellen der Putz von der Decke und der Wand. Das Zimmer hat vermutlich einen Feuchtigkeitseinbruch erlitten. Als wir das festgestellt haben sind wir spontan in ein anderes Riad gezogen, was um diese späte Uhrzeit leider sehr schwierig war. Dieses Erlebnis ist uns für die Zukunft eine Lehre. Wir sind uns sicher, dass die Gastgeberin das nicht böse gemeint hat, sie hat das Problem für uns am nächsten Morgen durch eine Stornierung unseres Zimmers und eine Rü

„Mucho más que un alojamiento: nos hizo sentir en familia ❤️“
+Nuestra estancia en el Riad Palmier Fleuri ha sido una experiencia maravillosa ❤️✨ Hemos tenido la suerte de conocer a una persona increíble, que desde el primer momento nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. Ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, ayudándonos con absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos, aconsejándonos sobre qué visitar y hacer en Marrakech y haciéndonos sentir como si fuéramos parte de su familia. Además, preparaba unos desayunos típicos marroquíes deliciosos, hechos con muchísimo cariño. Su cercanía, amabilidad y trato familiar han hecho que nuestra experiencia haya sido todavía más especial. Nos hemos sentido cuidados, acogidos y como en casa desde el primer día. Recomendamos este alojamiento al 100 % a cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar de Marrakech y sentirse como en familia. Sin duda, nos ha dejado con muchísimas ganas de volver cuanto antes a esta preciosa ciudad. ¡Tenemos clarísimo que, cuando volvamos a Marrakech, volveremos siempre al Riad Palmier Fleuri! +Habiba was wonderful. She helped us so much throughout our stay, and we even went to a hammam together! She also helped arrange a lovely birthday breakfast for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The property is beautiful and situated in a quiet residential complex, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s still within easy reach of everything, with a 15-30-minute walk to the main areas. The shared pool is also a great bonus for cooling off after a day exploring. I’d highly recommend booking the premium room, as it’s absolutely amazing. There was a slight language barrier, as Habiba speaks French and Arabic while we only speak English, but we made it work and always felt welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to others!
−Not too easy to find initially, not a very big sign at the entrance. But we found it eventually.

„A Perfect 'Home Away From Home' in Marrakech“
+Staying here was the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. Our host was simply wonderful,so sweet, attentive, and welcoming. She created a true 'home away from home' atmosphere and was always happy to help us with anything we needed. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided a perfectly quiet retreat after a busy day exploring the city. I also have to mention the amazing authentic breakfast she made for us, which was absolutely delicious. We are so incredibly thankful for all her hospitality and cannot wait to return!

„Habiba made us feel at home❤️“
+We loved our stay so much! Our guestlady Habiba made it feel like home away from home. She served us delicious breakfast that she homemade every morning. We got a true local experience and it made all the difference. Being in the riad felt like a calm space we could rest and rejuvenate energy for the chaos and intensity of the medina. The guesthouse had a lovely roof terrace that we could use privately. Next to that, we had our own bathroom. Everything was super clean and quiet. 10/10 recommend! We hope to come back soon..❤️

−Seul petit bémol, nous avions la chambre ou notre salle de bain privative était de l’autre côté du même palier, les autre chambres disposaient de leur salle de bain dans leur chambre.

+Dépaysement total dans le riad d'Habiba qui est décoré avec goût, literie confortable, accueil chaleureux, je recommande. Habiba est adorable et à nos petits soins, son petit déjeuner est excellent, idéalement situé à 25min à pied de la place Jemaa el Fna, ❤️
