−I made reservations for a queen room and my room was not reserved , even though I checked in in person at 9:30 this morning. Instead, I was given a handicapped room that only had a double size bed in it and when I spoke to the two employees at the front desk, they moved me to another room that was also a handicapped room with only a double size bed. I went back to the office again for the third time and was told that this was actually my mistake because I booked a handicapped room. I showed her the reservation receipt and she insisted that the room she just moved me to has a queen size bed in it. I told her that it definitely was not a queen bed. I told them that the room smelled very strong like marijuana and urine ,there were no towels in the bathroom. The bed has a huge worn spot on the mattress and was extremely uncomfortable. I was told that I could get a refund but I wouldn't get my money back for 7-10 days and I wouldn't be allowed back. We've been coming here and staying at this location every weekend for work and it's disappointing that this was our experience this time around.

„Smelly, noisy, unrestful, regrettable stay“
+The check-in process was quick and the attendant was very pleasant.
−Negative-Focused ReviewThe entire room (139) absolutely reeked of old cigarette smoke. Even in the shower with the water running over me I could still smell the old smoke stench. The bathroom also smelled strongly of marijuana even with the fan on; closing the door only concentrated the odor. Though the sheets were white, they had a couple of oily-looking discolored spots, and running a towel over the floor left it heavily blackened with thick, ground-in dirt. Furthermore, noise enforcement is non-existent. A patrolling guard wearing a "Security" jacket did absolutely nothing to stop a car outside from bumping a loud subwoofer that vibrated through my pillow until 1:00 AM, and the neighboring TV audio was highly annoying.

„Very disappointed customer.“
+Facility was clean.
−No refrigerator or microwave. We asked for more pillows and were told they did t have any and went to take a shower and we had only 2 towels one ok size and 1 small hand size fir 2 adults. The neighbors had a barking dog and we're very noisy. Upstairs was alot of banging.
