+Ein magischer Ort - aber die Menschen machen ihn unvergesslich! ❤️ Mocean Resort ist ein echtes Surferparadies: tolle Surfspots direkt in der Nähe, eine wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage und super saubere, schöne Zimmer. Das absolute Highlight sind aber die Menschen. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und der Service ist blitzschnell - egal ob Roller, Taxi oder Hilfe bei einer Panne. Wir hatten eine Roller-Panne und Andy hat uns sofort abgeholt und geholfen. Einfach großartig! Wir sind gerade viel in Indonesien unterwegs und genau dieser außergewöhnliche Service ist hier besonders hervorzuheben. Ich hoffe, die Besitzer wissen, was für tolle Mitarbeiter sie haben! Und unbedingt erwähnen: Das Frühstück war so, so lecker - und wer guten Kaffee liebt, wird hier definitiv glücklich. ☕️❤️ Danke, danke, danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit

+Friendly staff, good breakfast
−I'm writing this review with mixed feelings, as the staff was very friendly and helpful. The extensive and delicious breakfast was also a positive point. Unfortunately, everything else was not so positive. We were traveling with a group and had booked eight rooms for five nights. The deluxe rooms were nothing special, but okay. The standard rooms have no windows. Upon entering, you're met with a strong smell of concrete. It feels like being in a concrete cave. The air can't circulate. The bathroom also has no natural light or fresh air. Even the shelves and the bed are made of concrete. The mattress rests directly on a concrete base. There's no refrigerator in the room, and this at a price of approximately $100 USD per night. None of the rooms have Wi-Fi, and there's no signal for the handphone. The owner said this is part of their concept. However, this isn't mentioned on the website. Some people need to be reachable even on vacation, whether for work or family reasons. There's also no shower next to the toilet for hygiene, which is common in Indonesia. Hello dear owner, we are still in Indonesia. Indonesian guests don't seem to want to miss out on this detail. +The peace and attention to detail. Eco-friendly in a region which is generally not so sensitive to environmental issues. Simple but stylish. Beautiful private beach, good fur surfing. There are also spots for diving and snorkeling but we didn't see them. Breakfast and dinner are quite good and varied. I reccommend the French toast.
−Just some minor suggestions: 1 fridge in the room is missing, would be useful. As well as a small sink to rinse your feet before entering the room 2 the footpath to the pool shower tends to get boiling hot so that feet hurt, maybe having white tiles could help 3 breakfast in the morning takes really too long to be served, we had to wait about 40 minutes on both mornings (while at dinner waiting times are acceptable). All this doesn't have any impact on an overall enthusiastic review

−I booked the standaard room with twin bed and had noise it the neighbours. The sound isolation between rooms is not so good. I would recommend to book one of the bungalows!

„THE BEST!“
+We had such an amazing time! The location is perfect for the waves, beautiful beach, the pool is amazing and the restaurant is surrounded by gorgeous views. The food was delicious and rooms were spacious. The staff made the trip! All so attentive, kind and caring especially with the kids! Thank you Aysa, Ayunda, Wardah, Morgan, Agus and Willy!!!! We also got to scuba dive with a great team, great equipment and the best vibes! They even set up tables on the beach for us to have dinner and set up bonfires. So thoughtful and special! We will be there next year ❤️❤️❤️

„Excellent stay“
+I wish I could have stayed longer this place was such a good find. The only resort on Moro Bay which ended up being the pick of the beaches. There was plenty to do with 3 surf spots to choose from and a calm bay with crystal clear water for swimming or learning to dive with the help of resort staff. The pool is huge and close to the beach with plenty of daybeds. The bar had a great selection of drinks, the Mai tai and Margarita were very well done and the food served at the restaurant was the best I found in Kertasari be sure to try the steak and ceviche. Will definitely be returning.
