„Nice location but bed too small for 2“
+It was a great location and quite. Also very clean.
−The bed was way to small for 2 and up against the wall. Only one chair in a room for 2.

„Good value for money“
+It is just a bedroom and bathroom attached to the back of someone's house The internal door and windows to host house felt slightly uncomfortable. For the price and location for Leeds Town centre we made the most.
−Windows and Internal door to host house as part of guest room.

+The hosts were friendly, the location was ideal for our visit, and the house was clean and tidy.
−It would have been nice to have a small fridge provided, as we ended up being there on the hottest weekend of the year!

„Absolutely bad experience due to unclean bed sheet giving us bruises on the body“
+Location was good and there was free parking outside.
−The bedsheet hadn’t been changed in a long time and it gave me a lot of pimples and bruises on my arms and legs. In the bathroom, taking a shower was impossible. Water kept collecting on the shower tray and wasn’t even going in the drain.
