+Ich war nun bereits zum zweiten Mal im Green Max Hotel und kann auch dieses Mal nur Positives berichten. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat wieder alles bestens funktioniert und wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Essen. Die Auswahl war sehr abwechslungsreich und die Qualität der Speisen war, wie bereits bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt, ausgezeichnet. Es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und alles wurde stets frisch und ansprechend angeboten. Auch der Service, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel waren wieder top. Man merkt, dass viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt geniessen können.
−Leider waren wir dieses Mal etwas enttäuscht von unserem Zimmer. Im Vergleich zu unseren bisherigen Aufenthalten war das Zimmer deutlich kleiner und auch der Balkon war leider sehr klein. Dadurch hatten wir insgesamt deutlich weniger Platz und Komfort als bei unseren früheren Aufenthalten.

+Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this property, and I cannot identify anything that met my expectations during my stay.
−The property did not match its description, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The bedsheets appeared old and used, and I noticed spider webs in the room. I have attached photos as evidence of the conditions I encountered. The food was also very repetitive, and leftovers from lunch appeared to be served again at dinner. Overall, the cleanliness, room conditions, and food quality did not meet my expectations. I have already raised a complaint with Booking.com and am waiting for their response. If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will consider reporting the issues to the relevant local authorities.

„A pleasant stay overall, although the transfer arrangements could have been better.“
+The food was tasty, and there was always plenty to eat. The staff were friendly and happy to help. There were various activities and a kids’ club. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and came away with pleasant memories.
−A few minor things that didn’t bother me too much but might matter to others: the Wi-Fi was a little weak, so YouTube videos and video calls sometimes froze. The pool water was cold in autumn, and the rooms were showing some wear. We booked a transfer for 5 a.m. at a desk inside the hotel, but unfortunately the car never arrived. We had to find a taxi at the last minute, which made our departure a bit stressful. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay.

+Az egész szálloda csodálatos, minden tökéletes volt, Nem tudok semmi rosszat írni, nekünk felülmúlta a várakozásainkat. Az esti műsorok varázslatosak voltak, az élő zene is, az Oktoberfest, a gyerek műsorok, jóga, zumba....és még sok minden!!! Nem volt kedvünk elhagyni a szállodát, mert mindig volt valami program ami miatt nem mentünk. A tengerpart szintén gyögyörű, homokos, lassan mélyülő. Mindenkinek nagyon ajánlom, sok szállodában voltunk ilyen kategóriában, de ez magasan az élen van. Nem szoktunk kétszer ugyanabba a szállodába menni, de ide szívesen visszamegyünk!!!!! Mindent köszönünk, mindenkinek!!!!!

+I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The reception staff were welcoming and professional, and all the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The swimming pools were beautiful, and the hotel’s stunning natural surroundings, and beautiful sea views made the whole experience more special.
