+I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the heart of Chania’s Old Town. The location couldn’t be better, steps away from the harbor, shops, and cozy restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax. The rooms are beautifully maintained. While there isn’t a 24/7 reception desk, the hotel provides a service phone service where staff are available around the clock, which worked smoothly for me. A perfect choice for enjoying the atmosphere of Chania!

+First of all, the service from Eleni was above and beyond. We were arriving very late to the hotel and she sent me a personalized video of how to enter the hotel, access the key for the room and how to use the air conditioning and patio door in the room. We stayed in a junior suite with a patio, and it was gorgeous. The entrance had a sofa which was made into a bed for our son, and a mini kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, and cutlery/dishes/glassware. The bathroom was spacious with shelves for all of our toiletries and a very large shower stall. The water pressure was excellent. The main bedroom is separate from the rest of the room and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of cabinets for all of our clothing and lots of extra pillows, blankets, and even beach towels! The room is decorated exquisitely with large marble wall panels with a modern yet old world feel. The air conditioning was excellent also. The location is perfect-tons of little wine amd coffee bars, restaurants, and little shops all around. There is no elevator, but my husband is strong and was able to carry our luggage up the stairs. Literally the only thing that would make this hotel better would be a sh
