„Multiple frustrating issues that could have been managed if there was someone on site to assist. Someone from this comp“
+The room was clean
−This place has a remote checkin and NO staff on site. They sent us the code for our room, not the front door, and we couldn’t have gotten in at all if other guests hadn’t let us in. Then at our room there was no way to turn on the lights. We needed a card to turn on the lights, which we managed to find by digging around the reception area. The remote staff specifically told us NOT to use the cards, so they didn’t know what they were talking about. There was further confusion with the door code after we locked our door manually feom the inside. Finally the sign in the lobby said breakfast served from 7 am, but nobody there. Remote staff informed us that we were supposed to call the night before, but NO sign anywhere to this effect!

„Find another place to stay“
−The room did not look at all like the photos. There was no in-house hospitality staff -- check in with a screen that kept turning off and freezing, gave wrong info on where to get breakfast, didn't have toilet paper and they instructed me to get some from a cupboard that was empty. Had to call the screen back etc, etc.

„Nefasto“
