+Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The main advantage is the very affordable price. It is quite difficult to find accommodation in Shkodër at this price. Considering that there was hot water, some of the drawbacks mentioned in previous reviews are easy to overlook, especially if you are staying for just one or two nights.
−In my opinion, this place is less suitable for a longer stay. The water heater leaks, so water periodically accumulates on the bathroom and toilet floors. It eventually dries up, but then appears again. The door can be locked with a key from the bottom. It is transparent, but there is a curtain for privacy. Personally, I did not find this particularly uncomfortable, and I slept very well. Parking could also be an issue, although I had no problems myself. There may be no available spaces, especially in the evening, so it is better to arrive during the day when finding a parking spot is easier. One small improvement would be to provide a kettle so guests could make tea or coffee in the morning. On the other hand, there is a refrigerator, which is convenient for storing food, such as yoghurt for breakfast. Despite these drawbacks, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for budget accommodation for one or two nights.

„Cheap and cheerful“
+If you’re backpacking or a budget traveller but want your own space, this is the best value for money. I was out doing day trips everyday so I didn’t need anything fancy. Perfect for a few days. Perfect for a solo traveller. Possibly a bit cramped for two, but there is another bunk bed available.

+Incredible value and an amazing, cyclist-friendly host! Pros: Unmatched hospitality: Ken is the kindest, most helpful host I’ve ever met. He picked me up late from the airport with my bike box and even lent me tools to assemble my bicycle. Perfect for cyclists: Finding out his father was a 1964 Albania Cup cycling champion was an amazing bonus! It’s the perfect, peaceful base to prepare for a bike tour instead of starting in Tirana. Great amenities: Safe, secure, excellent location, and comes with a handy fridge.
−Cons: No kettle in the room (but minor overall). Exceptional value for a 1-2 night stay. I would absolutely return!

+For the price of the property it was great - clean and a bed to sleep in, very simple. The host came out and showed me the way to the entrance, very friendly.
−I would NOT stay here as a solo female traveller - felt really unsafe in the location, it was down a backstreet and the door to the room opens right out onto the street. It put me on edge the whole night.

„Best private place“
+Ken, the host, is super polite and helpful. He is so welcoming. It's like meeting an old friend. The apartment basically has one room with two bunk beds, one above another. The room has air conditioning that really worked great, keeping the room cool. It has a dining table with two chairs, full length cupboard with hangars, ironing press, a medium sized fridge, a small settee, and several smaller cupboards for extra storage space. The dining table also has paper napkins. There's also a wall mounted clothes hanger, and a table lamp, and many charging sockets. The room was spotless clean and the sheets were freshly laundered and clean. There's extra sheets and blankets in the room. The apartment is right next to AVD Studio, which is marked on Google maps, barely 12 min walk from Rozafa hotel. The bathroom is rather big, and fully equipped with shampoo, soap, hand washing gel, seperate shower enclosure, washbasin with mirror, and toilet with bidet. The boiler supplies very hot water. There's also towels large and medium plus hair dryer, racks, and bathrobe, and adequate high quality toilet paper. The wifi is super strong and the quiet neighborhood gave me very good sleep, which I need

−Właściciel kupił sobie dobre opinie a prawdziwe są tylko te negatywne i jeszcze zrobił takie zdjęcia pokoju i łazienki żeby nie było widać jak brudno i nie zadbane jest wnętrze. miejsce było bardzo słabe zaczynając od lokalizacji która powoduje hałas i brak prywatności bo pokój od ulicy dzieli cienka sklepowa szyba a po przez bardzo zaniedbane wyposażenie pokoju i łazienki a kończąc na tym że kabina prysznicowa była brudna i zepsuta. Właściciel wprowadzą ludzi w błąd zdjęciami i kupionymi pozytywnymi opiniami i kusi niską cenną.

+中心街から徒歩18分ほど。遠くはないけど近くはない。ただ一本道なのでわかりやすい。 金額が安い！そして、個室。シャワールームなど少し狭くて古いが、金額が安いので納得。

+Perfect escape for backpackers who just need a room to themselves. Owner was so lovely and welcoming, letting me leave my bags in his shop after I checked out, and the space was small and simple, but perfect! Great value for money! Obviously it’s not a 5 star hotel but great for short stays. Would recommend!
