+Good view from the balcony
−People with strange accents kept calling me and sending messages from various numbers, demanding that I pay some sort of taxes. It felt like talking to illegal street perfume vendors, as they would address me saying, “MY BROTHER, YOU MUST PAY TAX”!!! This happened every single day throughout my entire stay, giving me no peace to enjoy my short vacation. I had already paid for the accommodation, which wasn't cheap, considering the condition and amenities of the apartment,as well as everything else, via the Booking app. I honestly don’t understand why they do this; I travel very frequently, and this has never happened to me before.

+Su ubicacion, y la tranquilidad
−La entrada de la moqueta que huele mal, y que alquilamos una casa para 5 personas, y me toco dormir en un sofa, ni sabana ni nada.

„Een gedateerd appartment“
+De ligging was prima. Vlakbij trein- en busstation
−Een gedateert appartment welke erg sober is ingericht. De gordijnen passen niet en waren kapot. Nodig toe aan een grondige renovatie.

+The apartment is located in a good neighbourhood and is in an excellent location for exploring the Interlaken area. It is spacious enough for a family, and having a Coop supermarket nearby was very convenient for groceries and everyday essentials. The customer support was excellent. They responded promptly, helped us resolve an issue with the TV remote, and kindly provided us with fresh towels on the second day of our stay, which we really appreciated.
−Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by several issues. The apartment did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. We found cockroaches (or other crawling insects) in several areas, including the kitchen, which was very concerning. The bathroom was poorly lit, and many of the appliances and furnishings were old and in need of updating. In addition, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the corridor outside the apartment door. It seemed as though the carpet had not been cleaned for a long time, or there was another maintenance issue causing the odour. With improved cleanliness, proper pest control, better maintenance, and some refurbishment of the facilities, this apartment could provide a much better experience. While the location and customer service were excellent, these issues significantly affected our stay.

+Simple property, Coop is next door.
−The building, the entrance the staircase, the noise from the neighbor, the attitude of the LL when we parked at the wrong place.
