„Stilvolle Wohnung mit Terrasse“

„Das war für uns keine Wohlfühlwohnung.“
+Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit guten, bequemen Betten. Es gibt einen dedizierten PKW Stellplatz. Es gibt viele Handtücher incl. Strandtücher. Ana macht in der Verwaltung und als Ansprechpartnerin einen guten Job.
−Wir sind enttäuscht von der Wohnung, da die gesamte Wohnung sehr billig eingerichtet ist, und die Erhaltungspflege fehlt! 2 Schranktüren in der Küche waren bei unserer Ankunft bereits ausgebrochen und wurden in 8 Tagen nicht repariert, wir mussten den Müll offen sammeln. Der Wäscheständer war zerbrochen und es gab kein Nudelsieb (hier wurde von Ana Ersatz geliefert). Ein alter Plastik-Stehhocker war eingebrochen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und mitten im Raum ist ein Türstopper. Bei der Toilette lief dauerhaft das Wasser und störte den Schlaf. Die Stühle im Wohnzimmer hatten überwiegend keine Schallstopper mehr und quitschten durchs Haus. Das Gras (Rasen?) vor der Terrasse war sehr lang, ldamit nicht nutzbar. Es fehlt ein Geschirrspüler. Diese Ferienwohnung ist die einzige Wohnung in einem größeren Apartmentkomplex, Die Nachbarn links, rechts und drüber senden sehr klar Signale, dass der sehr kurzfristige Gästewechsel für sie störend ist. Da war kein freundliches Hallo. Die Lage ist ausserhalb des Ortes und ein PKW sehr empfehlenswert. Preis und Leistung passten für uns leider nicht!

„Estancia agradable y relajante“
+El entorno natural y las vistas desde el salón y el jardín. Bien equipado. Buena ubicación y aparcamiento propio. María ha sido muy amable durante el check-in y nos ha mandado enlaces y recomendaciones para nuestra estancia en la isla.
−Los animales nos gustan, y es agradable ver las vacas mientras desayunas o comes. Aunque hay un gallo que canta de madrugada 😅. Igualmente, es un pequeño detalle sin importancia, y repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

+-Está en Capelas, pueblecito tranquilo si te gusta estar más alejado de lo turístico de Ponta Delgada. -Cuenta con parking propio dentro, por lo que puedes usar el coche de alquiler con comodidad. -Las vistas del patio son impresionantes, todos los días ves a las vacas de la parcela de al lado :). -Cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para cocinar en la casa. -Desde aquí, llegas fácil a todos los puntos de la isla. - Ana es muy amable y nos explicó todo súper bien! Nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones útiles sobre la isla y sitios donde comer.

+The stuff - Ana was incredible. Helpful, nice. The placement - yes, it is nowhere, but we looked for it. Very quite place with a beautiful view. The apartment- big, nice, and almost fully equipped ( the dishwasher is missing, but we do not care).

„Nice stay but expected better“
+The warm welcome from the host and also she provided us with locations we could visit and restaurants we could go to. The location of the apartment was very central. It is quite big and comfortable. It had an amazing views of the sea and fields.
−We were a little bit disappointed considering that from the pictures on booking.com we had high expectations which were a bit let down. Considering the high rating and the money that we paid for the stay which was quite relatively high, the place was a bit run down since there were cracks on walls, rust around bathroom fittings, stained towels (we had to wash them however the stains still didnt go off), old fashioned shower, oven only working alone (else the electricity went off) stained and tore bed sheet, spider webs everywhere, half of the lights dont work, mould in the wardrobe drawers, and cracked paint. We expected a better stay for our honeymoon.

+Todo, la casa es preciosa, más grande de lo que nos imaginábamos, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la terraza de lo mejor, con esas vistas. La tranquilidad del entorno. Y la amabilidad de Ana dándonos indicaciones de todo.
