+Excelente hotel, todo el personal es muy amable y los cuartos son cómodos. El servicio de lavandería que ofrecen también es muy conveniente a comparación con las de otros hoteles.

“Good location in a quiet area.”
+Quiet area. Great location. Close to transport (Yamanote line), supermarkets and coin laundry. It was nice to have Netflix and they provide coffee, muffins/ rolls and bananas in the morning. You also have access to a microwave to warm up food.
−Sometimes you can hear noise from other rooms or the hall way.

+Really nice place! It's in a nice area, with not many touristics, and a lot of great restaurants. It's comfortable, super clean, and offers morning coffee snacks, that you can eat in the garden they have in the back. It's also very close to train and metro station, so it's very fast to go to all main areas (30 min from Narita airport). And you can walk to the Ueno park, which is a great park and has great museums!

“Would come again!”
+The staff was exceptional. They were all very compassionate and accommodating. The room was super clean and peaceful. They have quite hours which is a plus. I really liked that they are a little more eco friendly than other hotels in Japan. I feel like they reduced the use of single use products with things that could be cleaned again. I really appreciate that a lot. The staff and detail of reduce, reuse and recycle was refreshing. I took a video of my room and sadly I can only upload photos her.
−I stayed at a lot of hotels during my travels around Japan. I always try to book a hotel with a tub. I was surprised this did not have tub in it. I did book this last minute and completely an oversight of mine. Aside from that everything was amazing.

+The staff communicated well in English and were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Upon check-in, they provided a thorough explanation of all the rules and even offered us a complimentary drink each. I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room, which was just the right size. There was enough room under the bed to tuck away my suitcases. I was particularly pleased that the vanity was located outside the bathroom, and that the toilet and shower areas were separated. Uguisudani is a quieter station on the Yamanote Line compared to the busier hubs, which I actually found just right. There is a McDonald's and a Don Quijote (Donki) nearby.
−The only slight downside was that the toothbrush provided was a bit too hard, which caused my gums to bleed (though I had brought my own, so it wasn't an issue), and there was no bottled water in the room (though room-temperature water is available on the first floor).
