“Wonderful view and relaxed stay”
+Peaceful and relaxing location with wonderful sea view to wake up to
−The breakfast provided was a bit depressing and needs an improvement, as the buffet was pretty much non existent most of the time and the area itself could be a little cleaner. There was also no communal areas to relax in as seen on the photos apart from the pool area, which was misleading.

“Breathtaking views of a charming private beach and a peaceful atmosphere”
+The hotel offers breathtaking views of a charming, secluded little beach. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a truly memorable stay.
−The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which lacks consistency and attention to detail. I would recommend ordering several dishes from the menu provided by reception the day before, as the buffet is not particularly well-prepared or well-organized. With a little more care and consistency, the breakfast experience could be significantly improved.

+Nothing really. Overpriced hotel. You pay for location. Any other good accommodation at palolem beach is the same. Don't pay for this one.
−A lot of things didn't work. At check in, no room key available. Bad coordination with bell boy for luggage. Had to carry all myself. Telephone in room didn't work. Plugs were old and disconnected. Had to ask reception for an extension cord to charge our gadgets. In short, location is great but no need to pay plus for this accommodation than any other cabin along the beach. No difference at all! Genuinely, we were quite disappointed with our stay

“We had a overall good time this property is amazing romatic place but you need to compromise with luxuary at this price”
+One of the best location in the goa, you actually get a private beach. Chief is amazing ,food is very nice
−It’s very expensive for property it’s is 25 k a night for a room you get very luxury property in goa in off season. Certainly this is not a luxury property

“Peaceful”
+Great location on a little beach cove right next to palolem beach. I had the peace room and it was unreal! Staff were so lovely and accommodating, would recommend this place to anyone. I’ll be back again soon.
−Was a struggle to find upon first arrival, would suggest bigger and more signs showing the way

“A hidden gem”
+The staff especially Malaika was very helpful. She was exceptional. The place is a hidden gem. To reach there we have to cross fisherman's village.. roads are narrow full of potholes. Entry is little unattractive but when u reach the resort, the views there are breathtaking.
−Need a better approach/ entrance to the property.

“A hidden gem in the heart of Colombo beach”
+Everything for so perfect! The location, the aesthetics, the beautiful Noah's Ark theme woven throughout the property, the amazing staff, the fabulous food, the proximity to the main Palolem street... I don't even know where to stop. Also, love now kind the staff is towards the dogs and cats that hang out in that area. By far, the best Goa vacation I've had over the years
−There is nothing not to like here. A couple of suggestions for improvement - The access or entry to the property needs some upgrading. And the air conditioning needs to be a bit better in the room we stayed - Kindness
