“Děkujeme a doporučujeme!”
+Velmi ochotný a pozitivně naladěný personál s nenucenou snahou, aby náš zážitek byl opravdu nezapomenutelný. Odpočinek, prostorný pokoj s krásným výhledem, pocit jedinečnosti, relax ve vaně pro dva, neskutečně pohodlná postel a vynikající snídaně na pokoj.

+The stay was really something special. The view from the huge panoramic windows was insane, both at sunrise and at night. Seeing the city from your bed at that height is just unreal. The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The room and bathroom were very spacious, and the bathtub with a city view was a highlight. The drinks were perfect, desserts were also very good, and the manager was very helpful and always available. Breakfast was amazing as well, you can order everything from the menu and enjoy it in a huge room with an incredible view.
−For how the place looks, I expected the restaurant in the evening to feel a bit more elegant or high-end. The service was still okay, but not on the level I expected. The food was good overall, but the steak was slightly overpriced.

“Once in a lifetime experience”
+Das One-Room-Hotel im Prager Fernsehturm ist ein echtes Once-in-a-lifetime-Erlebnis. Es ist zwar nicht gerade günstig, aber wirklich einfach ein einmaliges und besonderes Erlebnis. Man bekommt tatsächlich einiges geboten für sein Geld. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

+Pobyt v hotelu byl náš splněný sen. Personál se o nás velmi profesionálně staral, jídlo bylo luxusní. Vybavení apartmánu předčilo naše očekávání, všude bylo čisto. Moc děkujeme za nádherný zážitek.

+Nezapomenutelné. Těžko srovnatelné s čímkoliv jiným.

“Appalling Experience at Sky Suite Hotel on the Žižkov Tower”
−Last week, I had a very unpleasant experience with my stay at the Sky Suite Hotel, located on the iconic Žižkov Tower in Prague. I had booked a luxury suite boasting panoramic views of the city, priced at over CZK 10,000 per night, expecting a corresponding level of service. My girlfriend checked in during the afternoon, and I picked her up later in the evening for a romantic walk through Prague and a lovely dinner, planning to return to the suite for a beautiful night. However, when we came back around 1 a.m., we found ourselves completely unable to enter the hotel. The reception was closed, all entrances were locked, there was no card reader, and no instructions on how to access the suite during nighttime hours. My partner had not received any information about the night access procedure during check-in. The next morning, when she inquired at the now-open reception, she was told that access was possible via the garage , which had also been locked. This experience was absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the price and the hotel’s advertised level of service. I would also like to warn other potential guests that accessing the hotel at night can be extremely problematic,
