“The worst accommodation ever!”
+Disliked everything: both the staff and the location
−They advertised that card payments were accepted, but it turned out they only take cash. The staff pretended to try and process the card, but it was impossible. We tried several different cards, and not a single one was accepted. They then started claiming that our cards were faulty, even though we had just successfully used them at a store right before. Since we didn't have any cash and the nearby ATM was out of order, we had to go and search for another one. Even after we paid in cash, they refused to provide a receipt, despite us explicitly asking for it.The motel is old, dreadful, and looks completely run-down. We stayed on the first floor, where the carpet was soaking wet, and there was a foul odor in the room. How can a motel like this even be available for rent? A complete disaster. Dear Management, Do not lie to me. You claim the transaction failed because the amount was too high for an international card, but that is simply not true. We tried processing smaller amounts, and it still did not work. Furthermore, we tried multiple different cards, and your system rejected every single one of them. The issue was clearly on your end, not with my cards. I expect a real explanatio

+desayuno no pagué, la habitación excelente y el personal super amable. Poco ruido, nadie molesta, excelente por el precio que pagué. Volvería sin dudarlo.

“If price is more important than cleanliness, this is the place to stay.”
+I booked this motel because I needed the cheapest place to stay one night before an event in NYC.
−Room was filthy. Hairs on toilet. Debris in fridge. Intense smoke odors. The booking.com rate was higher than the rate posted in the room. Finders fee ripoff I guess. It's worth staying here if you really can't afford to spend more than necessary and are willing to make compromises on sanitation. But frankly I think it's even a bit expensive for what they give you.

−The motel description said non-smoking rooms. We had a hard time getting in because of the cigarette smell. Even the walls were yellowed from the smoke.

+Cockroaches galore. Expedia will not give a refund. Probably should avoid booking on cheap tickets or any other sites owned by Expedia because they refuse to help.
