“Best place to stay in Kalkan”
+We had a wonderful time at Kalamaki Flats. The whole building and apartment were modern and exceptionally clean. Ferhan, Cem and their team are great and hospitable people, they helped us with all our requests and answered all questions.

“Elegant Hospitality in a Magical Setting”
+This was, without a doubt, the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The apartment was absolutely exceptional. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kalkan’s charming old town. It is just a short walk from the beach and the harbour, with direct access to the lively old streets filled with restaurants, cafés, and local shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We have travelled extensively around the world and stayed in many luxury five-star hotels, yet this apartment stands out as the best experience we have had by far. What made our stay truly unforgettable was Ferhane. Her warm welcome, genuine kindness, and constant smile made us feel at home from the very first moment. She is an exceptional host whose hospitality is truly one of a kind. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kalkan, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Ferhane, for making our stay so special!
−Absolutely nothing

+We self catered so breakfast was not served. saying that the lady owner would bring us tempting Turkish food to try at breakfast time.

+From the moment we arrived we absolutely loved our time at Kalamaki Flats! Ferhan and her team were incredibly welcoming, we arrived to warm smiles and a lovely welcome pack in the fridge, including homemade biscuits. The flat itself was incredibly clean and so well equipped with everything you could need. The terrace was also lovely and we enjoyed our breakfasts there daily and some wine before we made our way out for dinner. I’ve been to Kalkan many times and this was the best location I’ve stayed in, you were literally a road away from old town. Thank you so much again for a great stay, I’m sure we’ll be back!
