“Schönes kleines Apartment in Tokio”

“Quiet but it’s a hike.”
+It’s quiet, has everything you need especially washing machine, microwave, water heater, refrigerator, stove and other kitchen items. We originally thought the bed will not be comfortable but when we lied down, we slept like a baby. We like it that they have a fan to dry clothes, separate bathroom area from toilet closet. There are Family Mart, 7-11 and some restaurants, supermarket near. Host is very responsive and provided all the guidance and instructions clearly. Good for 2 people. Water pressure is Ok, can be improved. Some hangers and clothes clips provided. Tip: take A4 for the elevator instead of A2 as it’s 3/4 stairs.
−Hard to take a bath in their tub. Distance to MRT station especially it’s inclined bringing luggages is a challenge. The stairs to the unit is also tough if you have heavy luggages. Cabinet design is not ideal. Would have been better and accessible if the opening is on the side instead of facing the bed.

+Easy process and access to find the way to join this appartment.
−Small room but it's usually in this kind of big city in Japan so all good.

+Very peaceful and private, another cool feature in the room we were staying in was the window opened all the way like a door. Which I thought was quite cool.
−Could hear the people up stairs walking around. And if you plan on walking from the train it’s a bit of an uphill hike, Good for exercise.

“I definitely recommend staying here especially for solo travel. For two people it might be too small”
+Very clean Very easy instructions Responsive host Really good water pressure in the shower Option to ventilate room and quick dry laundry basically overnight Quiet Near to Shinjuku but being in a residential area so it’s quiet at night
−The washing machine default setting is a quick wash with I assume cold water. It won’t get major stains out. A few more options to hang stuff would be great
