“Como en casa”
+La ubicación es excelente a 5 minutos de la estación de interlaken west. La habitación está bien es confortable, la limpieza excelente. Pero lo que marca la diferencia es el trato, la dueña y la plantilla son increíbles, pendientes de ti y de que estés cómodo. Habrá hoteles más lujosos, pero la calidad humana y el trato no tienen comparación

+The property is close to train station which is very convenient. The place was very clean, peaceful, and quiet. After a long and tiring day, I had such a wonderful and restful sleep. The owner Christine was also very kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely book again if I ever return. Highly recommended!

“A Wonderful and Cozy Hotel with Amazing Hospitality”
+I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely and cozy hotel! What impressed me the most was the incredibly kind, friendly, and caring staff. I'm naturally a shy person, so it's very important to me to feel welcomed and comfortable when interacting with hotel staff. Here, I truly felt at home. One moment especially touched me. I was planning a trip to the mountains, and the lovely owner noticed that my jacket was too light for the cold weather. Without hesitation, she kindly offered me her own jacket so I wouldn't get cold. Such a thoughtful and generous gesture is something I will never forget! It's rare to find such genuine kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this wonderful little hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken. Thank you for making my stay so special!

“Aceptable alojamiento. No tenía microondas”
+Está cerca de la terminal west, pero lejos de la terminal ost. Buen desayuno.
−No había champú ni crema de enjuague. Importantísimo elegir alojamiento con microhondas. Éste no tenía. Las viandas en los super son frías. Los precios para comer son altos.

“A lovely hotel that makes guests feel at home!”
+Firstly, the level of hospitality by the owner, Christine and her team was simply amazing! Christine helped advise which places to visit on which days based on the weather each day and also shared some very useful tips on what are the some of the best places to visit in the mountains and how to get there, which for someone like me who’s visiting Interlaken and Switzerland for the first time consider to be very valuable advise. I had no regrets following her advice. My stay at Hotel Alphorn felt more like a home than a hotel thanks to the wonderful hospitality by Christine and her team. Secondly, the room itself was pretty spacious with a comfortable double bed and attached bathroom with decent amenities and access to an enormous number of local and international tv channels. After each day outdoors, was so pleasantly comfortable coming back to a clean room thanks to the daily housekeeping services. Breakfast each morning was very elaborate and lovely with lots of choices. The hotel operated a very efficient key system with a dual key locking concept that ensured guest safety and also accessibility to the hotel after hotel operation hours. The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet
