“Not what you expect from a hilton.”
+Girl on the front desk. Amazing service.
−Beautiful hotel and exceptional reception service, but a disappointing early check-in experience. The Hilton Belfast is a beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant. Our room was clean, modern and well maintained, and the bed itself was very comfortable. The standout was the woman at reception who looked after us at both check-in and check-out. She was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and probably the best person I’ve dealt with at a hotel reception. A real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, the early check-in experience left a sour taste. I was visiting Belfast for work and arrived around 11 a.m. on Friday with my partner, who was accompanying me for the day. As I would be working in the city centre all day, getting access to the room early was an important part of choosing where to stay. I called a couple of days beforehand and was told I could check in early if a room was available. There was no mention of a £30 charge. That reassurance was a deciding factor in booking, so arriving to find the room ready but still having to pay an additional £30 was disappointing. I understand hotels have standard check-in times, but I don’t agree with charging extra when the room is a

“Very central impressive hotel in the heart of Belfast without the hype”
+Welcome and check in was Great - Connor was super helpful and welcoming in every way and helpful with our queries
−Breakfast was really good with very friendly staff - and the room itself is impressive and very clean. There could have been a few more surprising elements that I have seen at other hotels - maybe a pancake omelette station perhaps

“hotel in a great location for my trip but not the best hilton that i have stayed in.”
+BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE, LOVELY IRISH LADY TO MEET AND GREET THE GUESTS.
−I did not like the the foreign staff as they had poor hospitality skills and were not friendly. the bar area/foyer was cold and uncomfortable to try and relax in, in october the heating should be on.

+Couldnt fault our stay at all. It is a brillaint location for access to the waterfront. Staff were lovely on both the reception and at the bar in the evening/night. Breakfast buffet well laid out and plenty of options, including a GF section
−When i arrived a hr before end of breakfast service there were limuted GF options left in the section. However to have any options is a positive,

“It ticked basic boxes but not what I’d expect from a Hilton Hotel”
+Location was good for the o2 and the breakfast was good albeit we had to pay extra for it.
−Parking was poor, the room was clean but curtain ripped which I thought was poor presentation. Very basic, nothing special, probably more suited to work stay than a weekend away. WiFi was poor.
