“Heerlijke nacht”
+We hebben genoten van de privé-sauna en het bubbelbad. Over ieder detail was nagedacht en de kamer echt tot in de puntjes schoon.

+facilities and loction is great
−no personnel present on site, all shall be done per phone, but inside there is no wifi. No easy access to the team per phone. Very difficult and inclear. It took us 30 min to check in and to enter.

−Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was very disappointing. The elevator is extremely slow - it takes around 4 minutes just to reach the 4th floor, which is very inconvenient. The property advertises a jacuzzi, but in reality it is only a small whirlpool bathtub. It was dirty, and when we turned on the jets, it produced an unpleasant sewage smell. The view from the balcony is far from attractive. It overlooks social housing, and there is no privacy as you can clearly see people in the neighboring buildings. The kitchen was not properly cleaned. Some of the dishes were still dirty, which is unacceptable. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. It is also advertised as having a large bed, but it is not particularly spacious. The complimentary drinking water provided to guests is simply tap water with a noticeable amount of limescale. The worst part was the attitude of the staff. The cleaning person complained because we had not thrown away an empty pizza box. Although check-out is until 1:00 p.m., we were made to feel as if we had done something wrong. The staff showed very little respect for their guests, which was extremely unprofessional. Overall, the apartment did not meet

“Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Absoluut een aanrader, wij komen zeker terug!”
+Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben heerlijk kunnen koken, volop genoten van de sauna, het bubbelbad en het prachtige uitzicht. De service was uitstekend en het contact verliep ontzettend prettig. Er werd echt met ons meegedacht.

+De sauna en het bed
−Geen customer services. Inchecken kon pas om 18:30u. Enkel deuren te openen via whats app. Onprofessioneel en kwam beloftes niet na. 25euro extra voor check out om 13:00u. Nummer dat je ten alle tijden zou moeten kunnen bellen nam vaak niet op. Ik kon het appertement niet meer in.
