“Amazing resort, beautiful cuisine, a true farm to table, and super friendly and welcoming staff.”
+Very pleasant breakfast with plenty of variety and fresh bread. We enjoyed every bit of it, and hope there is a chance to also enjoy Japanese style / bento breakfast in the selection during a long stay.
−If we must say, it would be 'no shuttle' option to the village. The change of weather (cold) also altered the temperature of the hotspring quite a bit (it was not hot enough on day 3 and 4) and there was no option to make it hotter (but only colder). Sometimes we feel the communication in English was a bit difficult at times. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay very much.

“A beautifully curated experience that invites you to slow down and reconnect with your senses”
+The whole team made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for from the moment I arrived. The food was exceptional, some of the finest produce, prepared with incredible skill and thoughtfulness. A true culinary experience! Every detail, from the architecture to the surrounding nature, feels intentional and creates an incredibly peaceful environment that truly allows you to slow down and unwind.
−I wish I had booked a longer stay.

“Amazing hotel - total indulgence and relaxation”
+Absolutely amazing hotel - rooms were beautiful with your own pool, food was incredible, and the staff were wonderful and so helpful. The head chef was amazing and it was lovely to chat to him about the food and the hotel
−Only minor complaint was that there was no bar for a drink after dinner

“A Stunning Property with Exceptional Service and Excellent Food”
+This property is stunning, with beautiful gardens and a spa on the hilltop. We especially loved the herbal garden, and the food was amazing. The room decor was very tasteful, and the location was also very convenient. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful. Although they do not normally serve cocktails, the sommelier was kind enough to prepare two cocktails for us upon request.
−Nothing. If I need to pick an area of improvement, the champagne selection was mostly demi-sec. We would have appreciated having more extra brut options available on the drink menu.
