“Fatalny”
+Nic mi się nie podobało. Najgorszy hotel w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem. Jedynym plusem jest fakt, że jest blisko plaży.
−Zdjęcia hotelu podane na stronie absolutnie nie oddają stanu faktycznego w jakim hotel się znajduje. W łazience jest pleśń na płytkach. Woda się nie spłukuje. Klimatyzacja była zabezpieczona taśma klejąca i wydawała nieznośny hałas, w dodatku załączała się kiedy chciała. Basen w fatalnym stanie, brudny, leżaki brudne, zniszczone, rozdarty materiał. Z lodówki w pokoju kapała woda. Przez to w jakim stanie zastaliśmy hotel, na następny dzien się spakowaliśmy i powiadomiliśmy właścicieli, ze ze względu na złe warunki chcemy opuścić hotel i prosimy o zwrot za niewykorzystany pobyt. Hotel nie zwrócił nam pieniędzy, właściciele się nie odezwali do dzisiaj. Musiałem zarezerwować inny hotel i przez to pobyt kosztował mnie 3 tysiące więcej. Absolutny brak szacunku ze strony właścicieli i lekzewazace zachowanie. Zachęcam pooglądać zdjęcia przeze mnie przesłane i absolutnie nigdy nie decydować się na ten hotel!!!!

“Nice, with some small flaws”
+The location of the hotel is perfect for a couple of days if you are looking for a calm environment. The beach nearby is beautiful and the views from the balcony are perfect. There are 2 restaurants in walking distance. Staff was nice, though no reception service was provided. Pool area was also good.
−The room was a bit disappointing compared to the pictures. Light switches, outlets, the kitchen and the bathroom are definitely less modern, not really a 4 star experience to me. With a little renovation it could be fixed.

“Disappointing stay - left early due to poor conditions”

−We ended up checking out of Costa Avithos early because the conditions in our apartment (the Ostria unit) were well below what we expected, and requests for a refund have been ignored. The main issue was the overall state of the facilities. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, and one of the bedrooms didn't have any A/C or even a door. On top of that, the beds were small, uncomfortable, and squeaked with every move. Accessing the unit was a hassle too, there were way too many stairs, an unpaved road to get there, and very poor lighting around the property at night. To top it off, there was practically no Wi-Fi. Cleanliness and maintenance were major letdowns. The apartment had a strong smell of mold, with visible mold spots in both the kitchen and the shower, and we even ran into a family of spiders inside. Several basic things were broken: the shower drain didn't work properly, and the toilet door couldn't even lock. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and we wouldn't recommend staying here until they perform some serious updates and maintenance.
