“Perfect for what I was looking for”
+Clean and comfortable room, great (comfortable, beautiful) bedding, large bed, solid door with a good lock, peaceful night... The best sleep I'd gotten in a long time; I was very pleasantly surprised. Kind property (owner? manager?). Impressive value.
−Not the place to stay if you're thinking of enjoying a nice stroll around the immediate neighborhood (and I wouldn't park my car there), but good for just going in and out.

−Arrived at the property and saw prostitutes walking all over the area. I felt extremely unsafe and decided to book a room somewhere else. I would not recommend.

“Not good.”
+The desk person was responsive and helpful, but it was just one person tasked to do all the customer interactions. The location in town was central, but it was in a run-down neighborhood. The photos online were not false, but they failed to capture the run-down feel of the motel and its surroundings. Still, it is probably a good place to flop after a night of raving.
−The neighborhood was trashy. As we drove up, and then as we walked to our room, it was clear that the hotel was a working space for numerous lightly-garbed "business women." Although the rooms were superficially clean, the smells of use and of cleaning agents were strong, and I did not trust my head to lie on the pillow. After registering, we went to the room and did not feel at all good about it. But the wifi worked well! So we immediately got back on Booking.com and quickly found a place that was modestly more expensive but a vastly better stay. The manager refunded all but the first night's fee. The chief lesson I learned was, if I find myself at a place that is at all questionable, I will ask to see see the room before I pull out my credit card.

+The worst thing was the location, prostitutes working the block outside and smashed windows on cars parked in the parking lot and around the street, and loud music until 3am, made us feel uncomfortable!! But the service was excellent, property felt secure, and it was a nice room for the money with a decent location.

“Convenient and cozy”
+Cozy little place. Convenient to get to. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was functional. Location is conveniently near the bus stops so easy alternatives to getting around town without having to drive. Management was friendly during check in/out. Fridge/freezer is a bit of an old style but works well enough. Kept drinks cool, but did pool with condensation around the drinks (didn't leak from the fridge at least) Good stay for what you pay.
−Area seems a bit sketch but nothing bad happened during my stay but can make one feel a little nervous. Floor was a bit dirty since my feet got dark with dirt after walking around a bit barefoot.
