−Room Feedback: Serious Issues with Hygiene and Facilities "I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations due to several serious issues: • Persistent Odor and Ventilation: There was a strong, persistent sewage smell inside the room. When we tried to use the ventilation to clear it, the system unfortunately made the odor even worse. • Security and Privacy Concerns: Since the room was located on the ground level and very close to the street, we felt uncomfortable and unsafe leaving the windows open. This meant we were trapped with the bad smell as we couldn't ventilate the room safely. • Lack of Management Support: We reported the odor issue to the staff, and while we were promised that the room would be cleaned/treated with a fragrance, nobody ever came to resolve the situation. • Heating Issues: The room was quite cold. However, we couldn't use the air conditioning to heat the space because turning it on intensified the sewage smell to an unbearable level. • Connectivity Problems: The Wi-Fi credentials provided on the wall were incorrect. To make matters worse, there was poor cellular reception inside the r
