“Fair”
+Bed was comfortable
−The code sent via text was incorrect so I had to go next door for assistance and eventually got the right code

“Wouldn’t stay here again”
+Nice big tv
−Room was nice but there was a faint smell of urine the entire time we were there. Also knocking on the door at 10am to make sure we’d checked out when we were literally about to leave that second anyway. Heating didn’t work either

“Overall not worth the price, uncomfortable, and wouldn’t stay again”
+The location was walkable to where we wanted to be so didn’t require taxis The self check in was ideal and we were texted any codes needed The pillows and quilt were also comfy
−Although the location was great it was also surrounded by bars so had booming music and loud speaker vibrations until early hours which the ear plugs provided didn’t really help with. The room and bathroom was very small and the mattress was very uncomfortable, along with a tele that didn’t actually work so we couldn’t have on before and after going out for a meal and a few drinks. The fire alarm also went off at 1/2am (unsure due to clock change) due to a guest apparently showering which set the alarm off. Didn’t have barely any interaction or passing with staff

“More like an air B&B than a hotel. After paying, to gain access, they want to copy your passport.”

+Thankyou. I will keep this short & sweet.. Rihanna is hands down the very best host & a member of your staff at Briggate Hotel.. Nothing was any trouble for her. She was welcoming & myself & lady Michelle would ALWAYS return to Briggate Hotel.. Infact we booked for just 1 night & we ended up booking night after night because of the great hotel & also because of Rihanna & her great hospitality.. & we will definitely return 5 🌟 🍰

“Disappointing. Charged us extra automatically for late check out when they had locked us out due to not giving us the ne”
−No toiletries Towels don’t get replaced Room also doesn’t get cleaned through your stay Make sure to get the door code for the next day if your staying more then one night as we didn’t know we had to have a new code so ended up waiting outside in the cold.
