“Poor room maintenance, unsatisfactory resolution to problem that should have been addressed in time.”
+I booked a double room for a single use because I needed a proper night's rest. Unfortunately the bed was squeaky, and instead of resolving the issue, I was moved to a room with a two single beds and given 3 pound refund. Had I wanted a single bed, I would have booked a single room in the first place. What disappointed me most was the response I received: Guests have been sleeping in that room until yesterday and nobody complained. In my view, this misses the point. The bed structure creaked significantly and they cannot expect tourists to sleep there.
−I ended up sleeping in a small single bed in what I felt like a children's room - not the accommodation I had originally chosen. I also did not appreciate the 3 euro refund. As I explained, my priority was not a financial compensation; I had booked and paid for a room with a double bed because I was coming from a long conference and I needed a proper sleep before flying the following day at 9am.The issue was never about 3 euro, it was about receiving the standard and comfort that I had specifically booked and paid for. Had I known having to sleep in a single bed, I would have booked another B&S.

+Debora was great, immensely helpful, and crucially very patient up against my daft questions about the surroundings, getting to the airport and even the order of the keys. At each point she reassured me and did what she could to be as clear as possible etc while I was staying there. The room was really well-sized, the bathroom was nice and big too - for the price I honestly can't complain!

+Très bon rapport qualité-prix et Debora est une personne très sympathique, c'était mieux que ce que j'attendais !
−Ça aurait été parfait si les coussins du lit étaient un peu mieux (plus gros et moelleux, voir à mémoire de forme). Mais sinon c'était parfait, je ne voudrais surtout pas que ce commentaire soit perçu comme une critique négative, car j'ai vraiment passé un bon séjour. C'est simplement un petit point d'amélioration qui pourrait rendre l'expérience encore meilleure ☺️

“Great value stay close to airport”
+Such a nice and helpful host! Quiet at night and I slept great here. Love how it’s so close to the airport, less than a 20 min walk away. Some of the furniture was a bit old and lots of decor/stuff, but that honestly made it feel kinda cozy! A good choice if you want an affordable place to stay near the airport 🤗✈️

+Ottima esperienza! Location in posizione strategica nelle immediate vicinanze dei terminal aeroportuali, facile parcheggiare e anche per spostarsi a piedi è veramente pratico. Non manca niente, camere spaziose e confortevoli, servizi comuni e impeccabili come la cucina e il bagno, colazione in autonomia con prodotti confezionati e macchina caffè sempre disponibile. La proprietaria gentilissima e simpatica ti mette subito a tuo agio, massima flessibilità di orario. Una scelta ideale per spostarsi da e per l'aeroporto anche grazie alla completa autonomia negli orari di arrivo e partenza. Top!

+Deborah was so helpful even picking me up from the airport when my flight arrived late. The place was clean and comfortable. I wished i was staying longer.
