−พนักงานต้อนรับแย่มาก ฉันจ่ายเงิน 150 เชค เพื่อต่อเวลา แต่เขากลับมาเรียกฉันก่อนเวลาที่ตกลงกันถึง 2 ครั้ง พูดจากับลูกค้าเเย่มาก เขาบอกฉันอย่ากลับมาที่นี่อีก ฉันต่างหากที่ควรบอกเขาว่าฉันจะไม่กลับมาที่นี่อีก เป็นประสบการณ์ที่เเย่มาก ฉันไปพักโรงเเรมมาหลายที่ แต่ไม่มีที่ไหนบริการเเย่เท่าที่นี่เลย ฉันเสียดายเงินที่จ่ายไปมากเพราะไม่ได้รับสิ่งที่ตกลงกันไว้

“Inexpensive Hotel in Jerusalem.”
+The staff were lovely and very helpful. They let me check in early and check out late. Breakfast was tea/ coffee , toast and jam. The sheets and towels were clean. Israel has a water sediment that is brown. Don't misinterprete this for dirt. Lots of storage in my room. It was obviously very glamorous in the 80s but very tired now. But the vibe was nice and staff really made the stay enjoyable. Helped me plan journeys and kind.
−There was no fridge or kettle in the room. My bed was 2 mattresses on top of each other. It was comfortable but difficult with my knees to get on/ off. The hotel is very tired and needs refurbishment but the price does reflect that.

−Fotky nezodpovedajú realite. Špina, na izbe sme mali šváby, na chodbách každý deň psie výkaly, pes sa pohyboval voľne po hotely. Šváby vraj na druhý dezinfikovali, ale hneď sa objavili zasa. Raňajky úbohé, chodili sme si každé ráno kupovať sami. Tri misky s natierkami a zapekany toast. To bolo všetko. Zafajcene izby. Totálna nečistota. V izbe na dymovom senzore bola navlecena ponožka. Staré plesnive izby.

“Engaño, pésimo alojamiento”
+LA UBICACION, las toallas limpias y las sábanas tambien limpias. Solo por eso nos quedamos.
−El lugar olor humo de cigarrillo, baño sucio(moho), se salia el agua de la taza del baño, vidrios y balcon sucio, refrigerador en pesimas condiciones. No había loza ni servicios, wifi inestable, baja luz muy oscuro, no se podía apagar la luz del living, nos sentabamos en el sillon porque las sillas crujían. El cobertor de la cama era mas pequeño de la cama faltaban 30 cm por lado. Paredes sin mantención, con hoyos. El flexible de la ducha estaba roto y filtraba el agua. Dos dias no sacaron ña basura. Dos dias cambiaron las toallas e hicieron la cama, después ya no fue así solo cambiaron las toallas grandea y no dejaron toalla para las manos. Las fotos que publican no reflejan nada la realidad. Hace unos 30 años atrás el lugar debe haber sido miy lindo pero hoy está destruido. Falta mucha mantención.

+An excellent hotel in a convenient location in Jerusalem. The room was spacious, featuring a huge TV and a balcony. Pets are welcome. The service is incredibly friendly and genuinely heartfelt. It offers great value for money. We will definitely return in the future.

“A frendly, comfortable hotel in an excellent location.”
+A perfect location for me. Near enough to the centre but quiet. The hotel has a lovely walled garden at the back. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. It is very good value for the money with decent facilities. I left early so didn't have the breakfast.
