“Don’t stay here!”
+Nothing! We arrived 4 hours after check-in and the property wasn’t cleaned. Dirty linens were there from the previous stay, there was a broken lock and door handle. We tried to reach the contacts given-1 answered and stated she hadn’t been associated with the property for a year; one did not return our message and the proprietor never responded to both texts and phone messages. We ended up having to book our stay at another location. Both the proprietor and Booking.com customer service have not gotten back to us despite leaving multiple messages. Don’t stay here!!
−Poor communication; dirty facilities and vomit or urine stains on the mattress cover.

“Worth visiting for sure”
+Stayed here a few times, and always clean and comfortable. The only reason it doesn't get ten is that would be a mind blowing experience and that's rare! Honestly a great place to stay.

“A fantastic and comfortable stay. Many thanks to the host.”
+Spacious and comfortable apartment. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Apartment was one of the cleanest we've been in and all communication with the host was clear and straightforward. A lovely stay for our family's first time in Scotland. There is a local SPAR across the road, and ample free parking on the street. Overall the town was a good location to get to Glasgow (we took the train from Greenock West, only 4 mins away) and to the Loch Lomond area. Don't miss the views locally, we really loved Lyle Hill.
−Nothing - it was all a great experience. Just be mindful that the flat is on the top floor so there are many stairs.
