−Etwas viel Krims Krams lag rum, vieles erwas in die Jahre gekommen (Duschtüre ging nicht ganz zu, Lampen funktionierten viele nicht, Diverste Küchensaghe recht abgenutzt) aber man verzeiht es weil die Lage super istund die Kommunikation auch gut

“Muy buena ubicación, apartamentos amplios”
+A 10minutos a pie del centro histórico y la playa. Además, ofrecen bicis de cortesía y tiene un parking donde dejar el coche (es bastante pequeño el lugar para maniobrar, así que es solo para auto chico o mediano). Alquilamos un piso que no estaba listo, por lo que nos ofrecieron uno en planta baja y otro en el último piso (varias escaleras, pero linda vista y balcón enorme) Cama cómoda y buena comunicación para hacer el check in Nos dejaron un vino de regalo y nos recomendaron un rico lugar para cenar Al frente tiene un supermercado
−Aunque nos dieron solución rápida, no me gustó que nos hayan cambiado de piso porque no estaba listo. La habitación de abajo tenía la nevera sucia y comenzó a perder agua, así que tuvieron que ir a arreglarla, el resto estaba limpio. Las sábanas, aunque limpias, habría que cambiarlas por unas más lindas. El baño tiene media mampara, así que se moja afuera cuando te bañas

“Very pleasant ☺️”
+Place was very clean and beautiful, location is close to the center and the sea (10 min). There is parking at the location but we could not use it as the entrance is very narrow, so only the small cars could be parked there. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the villa, there is no view from the balcony but it was still very beautiful and spacious, we liked it very much. There is also a shared terrace on top of the building with a view of the city. Communication with the host was very easy even though Carla did not speak English, she used Google Translate so we had no problem.
−There was just 1 toilet paper for all 4 of us (we stayed 3 nights), and also there was no hand soap in the bathroom, so we had to buy these.

+szybki kontakt z gospodarzem. Gospodarz był elastyczny i pomocny.
−Byliśmy uprzedzeni że można parkować tylko małym samochodem w garażu podziemnym. Faktycznie nawet małym samochodem jest to trudna sztuka.

+Rustikal, schönes, gemütliches, sauberes Appartement für 4 Personen fussläufig vom Zentrum Sotranto entfernt. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Gegend. Verschiedene kleine Terrassen, um sich auch draussen zu verweilen. Kreative vielfältige und vielzählige Dekorationen mit südländischem Charme. Die Küche ist funktionell ausgestattet, eine Sammlung verschiedenster Stile, jeder findet eine Lieblingstasse. 😊 Nur ein Bad mit Toilette, BD und Dusche. Verschiedenste Ablage Möglichkeiten (einige Handtuchhaken, Holzleiter und ein Holzstuhl in Form eines Fisches:) Man fühlt sich wohl und doch wäre es gut den Handwerker durchzuschicken, um das ein oder andere zu fixieren. (Wasserhahn in der Küche, Kühlschrankgriff, Duschkabinendichtung, Toilettensitz/ eine kratzfreie Pfanne wäre top). Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Valentina, der „Perle“ des Hauses, die sehr hilfsbereit war. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus, Garagenplatz gegen Aufpreis möglich, jedoch nach Wagentypus und anderen parkenden Autos, schwer zugänglich. Für uns war le Terrazze eine angenehme Zwischenstation auf unserer Rundreise.

+Appartamento confortevole dotato di tutti i servizi necessari ad un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Posizione strategica a pochi passi dal mare; la terrazza un plus, da cui osservare le bellezza della città di Otranto. Tommaso e a Giusi sono stati degli host impeccabili, attenti a rispondere alle nostre curiosità e ad indicarci i monumenti storici da visitare e i ristoranti migliori, in cui godere delle prelibatezze locali. +Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B Le Terrazze di Otranto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è curata, pulitissima e situata in una posizione strategica: comoda per raggiungere sia il centro storico che il mare a piedi, senza rinunciare alla tranquillità. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Giusy e Tommaso, padroni di casa eccezionali: gentili, accoglienti e sempre disponibili a fornire consigli preziosi su spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. La loro cordialità e attenzione agli ospiti fanno davvero la differenza e ti fanno sentire come a casa. Le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e impeccabili, mentre la splendida terrazza rappresenta il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa alla scoperta delle meraviglie del Salento.
