“Beautiful house with extra touches, wonderful location, lovely staff!”
+Absolutely beautiful house. The view from the Executive rooms was well worth the price difference. Beach towels and an umbrella were left for our use which was a great touch. The house also has a separate kitchen building, so for longer stays can cook, there’s tea and cake too. Also a super useful washing machine, powder and conditioner which really helped us out! Super kind owners who explained to us the history of the building and were always there if needed. Good communication, and the parking is easy enough for Albania, super quick walk to the sea front from the property - 3-5 mins. Would return and highly recommend!

+We loved our stay at First House. The team were super helpful, meeting us at a nearby location to help us navigate where to park the car. Our was super spacious, clean and included beach towels and an umbrella for the beach. Great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

“Endroit très sympa avec vue sur une joli petite ville encore à peu près authentique!”
+Hôte très gentil, la chambre parfaite, les parties communes très bien avec cuisine équipée d'une machine à laver et où on pouvait se faire à manger et se préparer un petit déj (qui n'était pas proposé, mais la jeune femme qui s'occupait u lieu nous avait fait un délicieux gâteau).
−Pas de piscine et prix plus élevé qu'ailleurs

+We had such an incredible stay here and could not fault the hospitality of First House. Location of this property and its facilities were fabulous with access to many beaches and into town by foot or car. Helen and Timo were so kind and helpful, we will miss Helen’s daily cakes so much and will have to come back soon!

“Struttura da sogno a Himare”
+La posizione è perfetta, proprio a due passi dal mare (C’è qualche scalino, ma almeno si fa un po’ di attività fisica anche in vacanza) La stanza spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. Ci hanno anche dato un ombrellone e due salviette da mare, questa è stata un’attenzione molto apprezzata dato che non abbiamo dovuto prendere i lettini. Gli osta sono stati super gentili e disponibili per tutta la durata della permanenza.

“It's a room, not an apartment”
+Tastefully decorated and good quality furniture and fittings. Responsive hosts.
−The apartment description stated that there was a separate sitting room so we were surprised to find a simple room and a shared kitchen. Difficult to reach with many stairs to climb. Maybe we allowed ourselves to be misled by the many generic pictures but we didn't think we got what we hoped for.

“Sehr gut!”
+Wir haben uns im First House rundum wohlgefühlt. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick über Himarë. Besonders schön waren die hohen Holzdecken, die dem Zimmer eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre geben. Helena ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin herzlich, aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen hat uns die offene Küche: Sie ist nicht nur praktisch, sondern schafft ganz nebenbei eine schöne Atmosphäre der Begegnung mit Helena und den anderen Gästen. Auch die Lage ist prima: Über eine Treppe erreicht man den Strand in nur etwa zehn Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das First House uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
