“Brilliant place and location, comfy and convinient.”
+This Property was great. So easy to access being in the centre of town and such a large place, it actullay was bigger then we thought from the pictures. Drink items (milk, coffee etc) was provided, a nice surprise and cooking faciliites were simple, good and easy to use. Sitting room was comfy, beds were very nice, a good size and comfy, and bathroom was clean and good. Excellent location as well as it's close to both the centre of Cromer, resturants and the beach access.
−Slight noise in late afternoon and early morning sometimes due to the nearby fish and chip shop and the Coop but don't let that put you off, it can't be help and nothing to do with the property itself. It's a town so was to be expected.

“We had a wonderful stay and Graham was extremely helpful.”
+Location was brilliant, close to beach and shops.
−No wardrobe space, full of household items. Tv in bedroom not working. Cooker dirty so we didn’t use it.

“Close to beach and facilities- good for a short stay”
+The location was excellent … very central and close to beach , restaurants, shops . The beds were comfortable and the living areas spacious ..
−Could have done with more fans. Felt as if overall the flat needed a bit of a spruce up

“Enjoyed it, great location”
+Very simple to get in, great instructions and lots of communication
−It felt stuffy as only had 1 fan in the apartment and was very warm but just kept moving the fan to each room I was in. Maybe another fan or 2 would help

“Great stay great property all good, good value central to everything you could need very good host”
+The property was very good, and great value, it is very central to the town centre, cafes restaurants and bars plus only a few steps to the sea and pier, I recommend Mary Janes fish and chips restaurant opposite property and also the Kerbside Kitchen wonderful for food and real ales very reasonable prices, we were lucky that the Cromer crab festival was on and we had good weather thank you Graham the host prompt reply to messages and emails brilliant time comfy beds, good shower thank you top notch
−Cant say the property had any real faults, usual age related marks , if you stay in the small bunk bed room be wary of slight step down across hall to kitchen no problems at all

“Fantastic location, very comfortable stay.”
+Great communication from the hosts. Very clean and well equipped. Fantastic location, opposite a great fish and chip shop, 20 yards from the sea front. Really handy car park nearby (Meadow) - £8.70 for 24 hours. But we dropped off our luggage right in front of the property.
−Nothing really. All was great.
