+It was our second time here, and we are already excited for our third stay! The Villa Romdoul is tucked away in the local village. We could rest so well surrounded by greenery. Great mountain view. The owners were so kind and hospitable.

+Very peaceful place. It’s right in nature but still close to the city. The villa is just renovated and looks amazing. The room is huge and well decorated. The villa is run by a family and they are so friendly. The food tasted amazing and was affordable. We rented a motorcycle at the villa, the motorcycle is well maintained.

„I had a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would happily recommend this property to others.“
+The property was very quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful mountain view. The surroundings were relaxing, and the atmosphere was perfect for a comfortable stay.
−The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, and there were limited dining options nearby. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

+Mittlerweile war ich ingesammt schon viele Monate in diversen Ländern Asiens unterwegs. Dies ist eines der nettesten Hotels, die ich bisher gesehen habe. Traumhafter Garten und die Hausherrin kocht super lecker.

„Paradise“
+Such a beautiful place to stay. It feels outside of the city, but is still just a few minutes away from central Kampot. I enjoyed waking up the sounds of birds, lounging on the comfy bed, and chatting with the owners. 10/10 place.
−Nothing. It was so wonderful, I stayed two extra days. I will be back!

„Zeker een aanrader als je liever niet in de drukte van de stad verblijft en toch dichtbij wil zijn.“
+De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de eigenaars. Het eten werd vers klaargemaakt en was superlekker. De cocktails door Narit gemaakt waren superlekker.
−De weg naar het resort was in heel slechte staat. De aanwezigheid van een zwembad zou een extra troef geweest zijn.

„Absolutely fantastic value guesthouse with excellent facilities and delightful owners“
+Absolutely amazing stay at Villa Romdoul as our base for 4 days exploring around Kampot & Kep. Firstly, the hosts Naret & Sarong are delightful. Naret speaks reasonable English and actually built the whole place himself. The rooms are enormous and very well furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable too. The on site restaurant/bar serves very reasonably priced and fantastic quality home cooked food. We rented scooters at $8 per day and they are literally brand new - by far the best we have had across SE Asia. Some reviewers have mentioned the road leading to the property. Yes it is unpaved but it’s very easily navigated. The way some western people describe the road would lead you to believe you’re in an Indiana Jones movie. Honestly it’s fine and not at all unusual for SE Asia. If you don’t rent a scooter you will need to get around by tuk tuk and even though the villa is a little way from town we never had any difficulty in securing one via Grab or Pass. Even if you did then Naret has local contacts he will call for you. There are three very friendly cats on site who don’t really bother you at all. It would help to be a dog lover however as the little puppy although cute is ve

+Tout ! La gentillesse de la famille, la sérénité du lieu et le cadre si joli et apaisant immergé dans la culture cambodgienne !
−Rien, on a tout adoré !
