„Good for a night but not suited for a longer stay“
+Location and unusual decor
−No staff at all. Our automatic lock got stuck and it’s quite dark so we had about 30 min struggling to get in. Also breakfast at bakery is limited to a sausage roll or something v sweet. Would have liked option of eggs or warned that it was a bakery breakfast

„Honestly one of the best stays we’ve ever had“
+Amazing little gem. Room Was amazing, very comfy. Lady we spoke to when booking was so nice and informative. Gave clear and simple instructions to get to the room. Finding the room was magical, we had a hidden door and a mini landing with lots of bits to look through and explore. Comfiest bed ever, huge bath and a gorgeous little courtyard with bifold into the room . Breakfast options so much better than your standard fry up! All Staff were so lovely. Everything was thought about from spare batteries and an iron to help yourself to and extra teabags
−Nothing. All perfect.

„Excellent accommodation and setting“
+A delightful Grade 2 listed building with many original and carefully restored features. Overlooking the market square, our room and en-suite were very well appointed, with shutters rather than curtains. Described as a B&B, it also had an all-day bread shop (think Chelsea patisserie rather Cromer pies), a pizza restaurant operating 4 days a week, bar, and a cellar for regular musical events. Due to the summer heat, the hi-tech key-less access system failed during our visit, but this is a building where metal keys have undoubtedly been the norm for the last 500 years, so we were happy to fall-back to that more robust tradition.

−Nothing to dislike. Would have been nice to have shower gel included in the toiletries.

+I loved our stay at the Raj room! It was super clean and I adored the interior design of the room and bathroom. I loved having a soak in the rolled top bath tub and enjoyed a movie on the massive bed afterwards. We travelled with our 3 month baby and I think she loved it too as she even gave us a little bit of a lie in 🥰. The breakfast was fun too, it was nice to go to the cafe downstairs and choose pastries and barista coffee. I went for a delicious granola. There was also a chance to grab some locally sourced goods to bring back as souvenirs for family. We stayed there as we wanted to visit Wells Next The Sea which was just over a half hour drive!
−If I had to pick something it would be lack of parking but we parked at the Station Street free car park and there was a very quick cut through to it when you leave the hotel

„Beautiful room, lovely & clean. Unfortunately it was incredibly noisy, the main door was being slammed a lot, a lot“
+The room & bathroom were spotlessly clean. The staff at ‘the bread source’ and the food were lovely.
−It was incredibly noisy.
