„Great location….unfortunately dirty premises“
+The Location was perfect for us. Bed was very comfortable.
−The property was not very clean. A bit disappointing considering it was around $300 a night. Fry pan filthy, coffee satchel was rock hard and probably been there for years. Veranda was very dirty. Also after we checked in we were told that we were in the wrong room/building and they were going to move us to a completely different building down the road, interestingly as our booking was at the correct place. So my biggest gripe was how dirty it was, they certainly didn’t focus on cleanness.

+Great location across the road from the beautiful beach! Unit is spacious and reception staff were helpful. Undercover parking available.
−Unit is not well equipped, with aged furniture and several broken fittings. Could use a spruce up to make it a more comfortable stay.

„Not recommended“
+The location right on the beach was excellent and the markets are held right next door. Rachael was also very friendly and tried very hard to accommodate us.
−The unit assigned to us was very run down. The curtains were falling off the windows, the cupboards were full of dust and dead bugs and there were a couple of cockroaches. When I complained we were moved to another unit but it wasn't much better. There were a couple of dead cockroaces and baits, the curtains were stained and also falling off the windows. I could go on but long story short we didnt feel comfortable and so cut our 5 day stay to just 1 night.

„Good location, convenient for what we wanted. Had everything we needed. Friendly helpful staff.“
+Nice covered deck to sit on and look out over the pool area. Quiet and private. Super handy to waterside walkway, and hotel/restaurant next door. Comfortable furnishings and facilities. Covered parking.
−Getting a little tired inside, but nothing too serious. No Aircon in the bedroom. Two flights of stairs were a wee challenge for hubby.
