„Все чудово!“
+Затишне, чудове місце! Величезне дякую Костасу за відпочинок та допомогу в вирішенні будь-яких питань. Чудова локація, сад, пляжі поруч, прибирання, мінікухня з необхідним посудом. Нам все сподобалось! Так, дорога поруч, але вона не погіршила наш відпочинок ))

−Die Duschvorhänge sind zu dreckig, klein, lange gebraucht sowie die ganze Ausstattung alt. Es gab kein gutes Preis - Qualität Verhältnis zur Wohnung.

+We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. The location is excellent, and Kostas’ hospitality made our stay even better. He is a fantastic host - friendly, welcoming and always available whenever we needed anything. You really feel that he cares about his guests and wants them to enjoy their stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for our family, and the beautiful garden was one of our favorite parts - a perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time outside. The beach is only a 3-4 minute walk away, and it’s not just any beach. It’s a beautiful beach located in a small bay, which means the sea stays calm and pleasant throughout the day. This was especially nice for us as a family with children. If I had to mention one small thing that could be improved, it would be the interior doors between the rooms. They are a little older and can be quite squeaky, so replacing them at some point would make an already great apartment even better. But this is really just a small suggestion for Kostas rather than a complaint. Everything else was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay, felt very welcome, and would happily come back again. +L'appartamento è molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort necessari. Zanzariere presenti su tutte le finestre e portafinestre. Kostas ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza. Le due spiagge fronte casa sono meravigliose e piene di pesci bellissimi ❣️

+L’appartement où nous avons séjourné était agréable, propre et proche des commerces et des lieux de vie. Le seul petit point négatif était que la plage accessible à pied était assez chère et, sur les plages non aménagées, il n’y avait pas d’alternatives comme des chaises longues. Nous avons donc dû aller sur des plages situées à 6 ou 7 km. Si vous avez une voiture, c’est très facile, mais sans voiture, cela peut être un peu compliqué.

„I will definitely revisit it!“
+It’s a very family-friendly place, but at the same time quiet and peaceful, with very clean and spacious rooms. There’s also a fantastic beach just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a peaceful day by the sea. A lovely touch is that a baker comes by every morning, so you can buy fresh bread and pastries for breakfast.
−There is a main road near the resort, with cars driving at quite high speeds considering the type of road. Unfortunately, there is no proper pedestrian crossing or safe passage for pedestrians, although this seems to be a general issue throughout the Halkidiki area rather than something specific to the resort. Other than that, everything was perfect!

„A great place for your vacation“
+The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The location is lovely, just outside of the busy Nikiti but a short walk away from a lovely secluded beach not visited by many. There is a playground on the premises with a swing and tables to have dinner outside. We liked it so much that we forgot to leave. Luckily, Kostas, the opener, was very understanding. The staff is lovely, always available and very attentive.
