„No value for money“
+Locatie is goed want weinig alternatieven in de buurt.
−Onmogelijk permanent geluid in de bar area. Geen enkele plaats om rustig te zitten. Douche kan alleen maar keihard. Licht in de badkamer slecht. Kan gezicht nauwelijks in de spiegel zien. Geen glas beschikbaar in de kamer. Electronische deuren vergrendeling viel uit. Bar en hotel administratief niet verbonden. Geen behoorlijke zitstoel in slaapkamer. Voor echtpaar alleen een bureaustoel.

„Incredible, comfortable, and very cool“
+Incredible property. Felt part of the modern age Brooklyn. In house barista was a great ammenity
−I know it’s NYC, but the restaurant is a little pricey.

„Too noisy to enjoy despite it’s beauty“
+The property is beautifully decorated as you enter. The rooms themselves look good but the desk was extremely basic and not comfortable for actual work. There is no tea and coffee but if you ask they will bring up a kettle and tea which is nice. The bathroom was the standout feature design wise and the breakfast was delicious. The staff overall were helpful and kind. Location is good too.
−It was very noisy. You could hear street noise and noise from the nearby elevator all night long. I got almost no sleep. I wrote to the hotel to ask if this was a problem of my room 811 but did not receive any reply. I was told this was a quiet room so this was a disappointment and I cancelled future bookings as this was a work trip. It was a shame because otherwise the property would have been perfect for my needs.

„Incredible Hospitality“
+Incredible stay - the staff, especially on the front desk, were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the stay. Highly recommend.
−I have really bad asthma and one room triggered it for me but the team moved me right away without fuss and provided me with an air purifier

„Stunning rooms and ambiance, very helpful staff“
+Lovely stay at Sela V, after a disappointing stay in manhattan we moved here last minute and felt so safe and comfortable in the hotel. Rooms were great and the staff were so helpful and accommodating!
−Can’t be helped, but you do need to get taxis to get around New York
