„Never again!!!! Not good for light sleepers!“
+I liked the location excellent to reach the plaza mall oxxo and pharmacy. I liked the convenience of transport local buses , even though I used mostly Ubers. I liked the seating area outside the hotel nice place to have a coffee. I liked my second room after being changed after a disastrous sleepless night. Book room 411 it’s the most quite room out of all the rooms fourth floor. Beds were very comfortable nice big closet iron/iron board on request. Cleaning daily shout out to Alexi best cleaning. Good shower pressure in room 411 with constant hot water.
−I didn’t like the constant noise coming from the hallway people talking loud on their phones, slamming doors with no respect for others, walking up and down at night, thin walls you can hear everything !!!! late at night with couples . It might as well been called a Brothel rather than a hotel. I didn’t like the breakfast and watered down juices very repetive. Always coffee no tea. Some unfriendly staff. Dirty sheets and pillows even when changed still stains seen on some sheets.washed out towels that looked discoloured and worn out.. Leaking air con that kept dripping on me. Reported this but it continued to leak when turned on. Just a VERY NOISY HOTEL!!!!!

„Muy limpio y buen desayuno“
+Esta muy bien ubicado es muy tranquilo, el personal muy amable y muy limpio.
−Si se escucha mucho el ruido del interior del hotel, como puertas abrir y cerrar, las conversaciones y risas de los mismo huespedes. No se puede dormir mas de las 7:00 am con tranquilidad, es solo para pasar la noche e iniciar tu dia a esa hora. Mejorar el desayuno me ha tocado que no varian, me ha tocado comer chilaquiles las ultimas dos veces en horario de 8:00am, sin embargo si es sabroso!! pero variar un poquito mas. Por otro lado ya deben de ponerle un poco mas de atencion a sus instalaciones ya que el flotador de la taza del baño tenia una fuga y cuando llegamos se estaba botando el agua.

+El personal muy amable y servicial definitivamente lo mejor que tiene el hotel.
−A la habitación le faltaba mucho mantenimiento, estaba muy descuidada, la limpieza era cuestionable, el extractor del baño hace un ruido insoportable y las toallas supongo que alguna vez fueron blancas y suaves, hoy son grises percudidas, unas verdaderas lijas! También las sábanas tenían lo suyo, se les sentía un olor que no reflejaba limpieza. Suerte que sólo nos quedamos una noche
