„Tolle-Fotos-aber NICHTS - Dahinter!“
+Viel Platz allerdings nur ein großer Raum
−Von 18:00 - 21:00 leuchtete zwar die Lampe des Herdes, indessen wurden die Koch-Platten NICHT WARM! Kochen war bis ca 21:00 UNMÖGLICH! - Der Verwalter behauptete sich das nicht erklären zu können und konnte keine Abhilfe anbieten. Genauso verhielt es sich mit der WLAN-Anbindung für das Internet! - Nach 18:00 sank die Bandbreite - mehrfach gemessen, auf 0,26 Mbit /sec oder brach völlig zusammen, derart, dass weder ein Ping noch ein Traceroute auf google möglich waren! - Die Bandbreite wurde mit der von der Bundesnetzagentur üblich empfohlenen und anderen Webadressen gemessen. Wir mussten daher das Appartment verlassen und in eine Unterkunft ca 500 m weiter östlich umziehen, wo diese Probleme NICHT auftraten. Somit sind die geschilderten Probleme ALLEIN VON KYMA-HOTEL zu vertreten. Bei diesem Hotel handelt es sich um 4 in REIHE - senkrecht zur Küste gebaute Appartment-Hotels, welche nur einen geringen oder praktisch gar keinen Blick auf das Meer ermöglichen, abgesehen von der vordersten Einheit. Der sehr engagierte Verwalter ist gegenüber den Machenschaften des Eigentümers offensichtlich machtlos und sah sich außer Stande uns die nicht genutzten Übernachtungen zurück zu zahlen, obwoh

„I dont recommend this hotel.“
−I had a 2-night reservation at the hotel between August 13 and 15. When I arrived at 10:00 PM on August 13, I couldn't find anyone at the reception. I called the phone number Booking.com gave me 7 times, but no one answered. Then I went to the nearest restaurant and asked the owner if they knew the owner of Kyma Hotel. The woman called the hotel owner for me, but he didn't answer. I had to spend the night at another hotel. Because of the hotel owner, I had to pay 130 euros to another hotel. During the reservation, I accidentally made a reservation for 1 person instead of 3 (I don't know how this happened). When we went to the hotel the next day, he started yelling at us about it. However, we were willing to pay the extra fee to make up for the mistake. It was a mediocre hotel with very poor hospitality. I would never recommend it

„Terrible could not wait for the night to pass“
+Nothing we just waited for the night to pass and had to pay more money to find another place to book for the remaining two nights should get our money back and more for our frustration and inconvenience
−Not even a clean cup used by the previous occupants central air conditioning broken down and the small unit could not cool the room the owner showed us the room and sat on one of our beds with his dirty clothes

„Nice place when your awake, bad place when ypu go sleeping.“

−Pillows were So thin and Old. The matress should be changed. Sleeping exprecience was not good.

„Great, relaxing stay - great value“
+Kyma was an excellent choice at a great price. The emphasis of the hotel is on value and it offers a lot. Big room, very clean, a lot of facilities, a nice pool (which I didn't use). Great location (if you have a car). Very close close to the sea and shops, restaurants etc, yet remote enough to be quiet. Nice view of the mountain and also the sea. The owner gave really good advice where to eat, to swim, which places to visit.
−Some basic consumables would have been welcome, you had to have everything with you. Soap, shampoo, dish washing fluid and a sponge would be very welcome, especially the later 2.
